I usually don't write these but definitely poor experiences every I have to go here. The staff talks disrespectfully about customers when they leave and in front of other customers as well as have social conversations showing people pictures on their phones while there's a long line waiting . Really wish Circle K would fix this problem . I know for a fact I'm not the only one who realized this.

We frequent Circle K several times a week and rarely do we have any problems, especially with the employees. So as we've all heard at one time or another, the ol' saying that states, "the customer is always right" and for the most part, it holds true because let's face it, IT IS after all, US......"the customer" who chooses what store they go to and to purchase whatever it is they are needing or wanting to buy, correct? Ok, so, if Circle K normally has items such as, fountain drinks, as many people go to Circle K specifically for the fountain drinks alone! Is it NOT the employees JOB to replace the items as they run out, especially if there are more of the item in the back of the store or in the stores storage or whatever? Well, why is it when we went up to this particular Circle K location specifically for Mountain Dew fountain drinks (AND I SHOULD MENTION WE WALKED ALL THE WAY UP THERE AT 1:30AM, JUST FOR THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS) and upon filling up a cup with what was supposed to be, Mountain Dew, it was coming out clear, it was obviously out and needed to be switched to a new box of Mountain Dew syrup, to then ensure all customers who come in after me for the same thing, they will have it available! Right?? Well, I mentioned ever so nicely to the 2 girls working that the mountain dew was out and I requested if one of them could please switch out the mountain dew box (there was 2 workers just standing up at the registers with NO customers in line and doing nothing but talking to one another) and she responded to me like this, "Yeah, Sooo, We decide when we want to replace them, mostly around 3am" and she proceeded to look at the other employee and just laughed. I asked her once again, so your not going to or don't want to replace the mountain dew for me?She said "No, I said we don't have any"Ok, first of all, stating to a paying customer that they only replace things when THEY WANT TO is a rude way to explain this procedure to a customer. She didn't even give me the benefit of doubt and humor me by at least checking to see if she could replace it for me and have me leave the store, happy with my purchase!Those girls were rude and I don't appreciate being told that only they decide when they want to replace things in the store. The time was around 1:30am and they were NOT BUSY and actually I was the only customer in the store at the time! I'm sure I'm not the only customer that those two have been rude to! Employees like, those 2 girls will have your store and/or company losing customers daily with the way they speak to them!

If *EVERY LOCATION* is closed from 3-3:30 or 4am, why is that not listed on their page? Doors were wide open and the employees had to kick several people back out. Were told we could come in once the truck making deliveries has left, but they didn't open the doors for several minutes after.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Three times now, after pumping gas, I've had to go inside the store simply to get a receipt. None of the printers work at the pumps, and when you ask them inside, it takes 30sec for their system to catch up and print one out for you. I've literally watched 3 people pay for their stuff and leave before I got my receipt. If you have a few hours to kill, I'd recommend this place, otherwise its an INconvenience store. Go to QT instead.

To start of I'd like to state that I have worked at this location before. I understand how stressful and ignorant a lot of the clientele at this location can be. That being said I don't feel this situation warranted the response I received.I grabbed a large soda with the intention of getting cash back. As I walked up to the cash register I was hardly greeted with a hello. I put my card in the card reader and selected cash back. At this moment the cashier was not near the register nor had they informed me they were counting down their drawer and so incapable of giving me cash back. When prompted on their side of the register they got upset and told me I should have told them I was doing cash back. I then responded by saying it was their job to inform me. This made them even more upset and so the cashier next to them jumped in to help. Needless to say I got my cash back but was met with a very negative attitude and zero accountability on the employee's end. I'm not going to state names because I don't know what they are going through or who they have to support financially but this situation did not warrant that response and therefore could've been handled with a lot more grace. Hopefully this employee is trained on how to respond and can be more patient with people in the future!

Absolute worst service this little cry baby Adam got mad because he messed up and charged me wrong. Got mad and then we both got mad and he ended up threatening me and wanting to fight inside the circle k. I told him to step outside where no one will stop it but he didn't have the balls to do it. Then the manager comes and makes me the bad person, gave me my money back like he should have. Im not a tweaker I dont come here to argue I come for my regular 2 celcius drinks for the gym thats it The manager should be fired for letting ADAM threaten a customer without consequences, worse is he was a coward about it. What more do you expect from circle k though left a complaint with corporate that their employee Adam is a coward for not fighting me when he was the one who threatened me first.

Was in there tonight and had to wait in line forever. The cashiers were refusing to give a guy a refund on an item he bought that had already been opened when it was still on the shelf. The older Mexican lady (Tomi is her name) was especially rude and nasty. The other employee (Michaelangelo is his name) was visibly stoned and didn't even tend to customers waiting in line while his register was completely open. Just chilling there stoned behind the counter with bloodshot eyes and couldn't care less.

Nothing like getting cursed out and verbally harassed for wanting to exchange a beverage purchase after realizing it had already been opened. Tomi verbally harassed me and made threats towards me. I was taken aback by the sheer vitriol she exercised. An F-bomb to a customer’s face! Unbelievable! Clearly hates her job.

terrible service... always rude to customers... Always first to increase gas prices and last to go down... Always out of tobacco products... Slow service and they push the automated register on you even when they're not busy... I need cigarettes, the robot can't grab those... yet... But can't wait til these guys are unemployed and replaced by AI... go to quick trip it's better... Pretty sad they don't even need robots to get everyone checked out... what is wrong with circle K? Have the franchise owners just given up?

I had a horrible day yesterday on my way to the ER/ ICU at Banner Desert. I stopped by for some snacks and decided to get me some scratchers to while away some time at the wait room. I put in $15.00 into the lottery machine but only got a card. I called on 2 staffs to assist me and both were reluctant to help. I was told I'd need to call the 1800 number behind the lottery card to ask for my funds back. Even though the machine shows that my $ was stuck inside it. They walked away from me and I just was beside myself and didn't know what to do. It's like you snoozed you lose sort of thing . Only it wasn't funny ! I decided to proceed and played with the machine and chose whatever card that I can get so I don't lose out on $15.00. I'm still amazed and have not played the game.... I won't say don't venture to this gas station, but I'd say be very cautious... be very careful!!! Lily C.

This is my favorite location. All the staff is supper friendly and helpful. The store is one of the cleanest stores that I've seen as well. They are always stocking and cleaning.

Was asked to use their self check out...umm no. The cashier was not happy about that. "It's faster." She stated. I'm sorry I am not getting paid to be a cashier. "You could have been done by now" was next. Sorry, I don't do it anywhere. It's what you're getting paid for. A little thing called customer service. " You would have been done seconds ago." What has happened to customer service people. Don't batter me about you doing your job, please.

I have watched clerks put soda cups that have fallen on the floor back into the cup dispenser. Very lazy and unprofessional. Always the 2-10 shifts.

Imagine waiting online behind the "self checkout" that's taking forever with the one cashier in the store "helping" people but not loading their bags . You finally get to her to cash in your lottery tickets and she says we are not doing that now. It was before 12am. She says they stop at 10pm. Their idea of service. Go to Quick Trip. There is never a line or everyone is serviced so fast it doesnt even matter. If it does get busy they will call for help. Circle K employees must be trained to be slow.
