Came to this gas station that online says is 24 hours to pay inside and come to the doors locked and the employee calling the cops on me because I need gas

The store will randomly close during periods at night, not have any sign up indicating how long the close will be. The lady on shift will stare at people at the door, and not open it. When she does open it finally, the store is normally well stocked.

Cashier Brandon needs to be fired. This young man is on a power trip and no Idea what customer service is. I do not recommend anyone visit this store ever..at this point I may never visit a other circle k depending on what the general manager does on my complaint I filed.

Are you serious? I phoned this location to let them know of a serious situation and the person who answered said he was busy. I have my receipt for gas and lottery tickets I never received. So the cashier took my money and my tickets but I have to wait until Monday for anyone to deal with the situation. The cashier had me come back in for the receipt because it was total chaos in their and and 2 things couldn't be done at the same time. This is ridiculous when it could be resolved right now.

Who does not take cash till 5:00 in the morning. What are the people who work real jobs souposed to do. Then you have a employee who acts like there better then every one and wants to give me attitude.there is no doubt in my mind that qt will put you out of business. Your employees clearly dont want to work there so you made a self checkout that are always broken your food sucks i was only going there for your monster deal and i will gladly pay double to never step foot in your store again.

This is my go to circle k but I'm getting frustrated with there fountain machine always breaking down; or running out . Otherwise great staff always friendly and helpful

If you are looking for a fountain drink, or fast pumps. Drive on! They are constantly out of everything, their manager never keeps them stocked. And it took me four minutes to pump 10 gallons of gas.

this cashier refused to give me service because of his personal drama with my friend. he should not be working there literally wouldn’t let me buy anything over personal issues with somone else not to mention he is flat out disgusting and disrespectful while he works there - his name is nolan

this is the WORST circle k. sucks because it's the only one near my house. they're constantly out of about 60% of the soda fountain, there will be no drinks that aren't soda or carbonated, and the gas pumps have been out of order for several months. I think it's been about 6 months since they had Powerade in the fountain. the clerks are always just sitting scrolling on their phones and act like you're interrupting them when you come to the counter. never again. I'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to QT.

The guys running this location are extremely disrespectful. Came in for some snacks and sodas and asked for our items to be bagged. Cashier idk his name white guy with cornrows threw the bags at us and walked away.
There is no parking at this location only pumps to pull into, one handicap spot, and one spot for air, other than that absolutely no parking. Which is a shame because this location is very busy.
Lastly the guy stocking the sodas shook them all up by slamming them into crates and into their spots.
Overall the staff was unprofessional and very disrespectful. Avoid this location. I think everyone at this location needs to be retrained and/or fired.

If I could give zero stars I would.The fountain drinks are ALWAYS empty. Every time I go to this location there’s like 3 drinks available in the fountain. Staff is rude and will tell you they can’t change it until after 10pm. They even let staff leave before fixing this! Horrible service.

Five stars for IAN the Cashier on Sunday afternoon not the store. Very friendly and knew how to work the rewards system unlike all the other circle k stores.

Forcing people to use your glitchy self check out is a big ? . I’ll happily use quick trip down the street that invest in the customer experience rather than the race to the bottom in the name of profits.
