They won’t answer the phone. And by the looks of the other customer reviews they have shitty service. I will never understand why certain places will not answer their phone. It’s so easy to do. I had a simple question before I wanted to drive here. And since they won’t answer the phone I’ll look elsewhere. I did call back 10 min later in case they were just busy, but they never answered.

Circle k has become the absolute worst gas station. Fuel pumps are slow. Whether they have 0 employees or 5 behind the counter you will be ignored. I don't care if run out of gas, I won't go to circle k

I used to be a daily at this store but it has gone down hill very fast. The manager there right now is a crappy one. There always out of stock on alot of stuff. There sales are never posted correctly and the over all experience there is one of people who dont take pride in their work

Many Circle K employees are welcoming to customers, but I've noticed several reviews, about 99%, that reflect a less positive experience. It may be beneficial for management to consider additional training focused on hospitality and customer relations. I've observed that a significant portion of the customer base is Latin, and it's important that everyone feels respected and valued. I spoke with Kenne, who has been with the company for 11 years, and she exemplified friendliness and respect. As someone who travels throughout Arizona and frequently stops at various Circle K locations, I believe there is an opportunity for improvement at this location. Thank you for considering my feedback as a loyal customer.

Just had the worst experience with a cashier here. Watched her have a complete attitude with 3 customers before me and then proceeded to have an attitude with me also. Very confrontational. I just left my items at the counter and left. I will not be coming to this particular store ever again

No good. Poor service and unsanitary conditions are the standard.
They refuse to provide reload service for bank cards claiming they dint have that system, even though I have made a deposit at this location previously and the bank and store both mark it as a location for these services.

Mostly sandals people that work here so both of my daughters when to put gas here and one of my daughters got off to put gas she said the wrong pump number my other daughter went back inside and tried to change it to another pump and the lady at the cash register and said she could not switch the pump number Nor she wanted to give the money back

WOMEN BEWARE! Whoever the man was working at the register today at 2pm should definitely get fired. He basical attacked me for no reason. He was extremely aggressive, yelled at me, and argued with me multiple times without me ever being rude. Honestly, he was very threatening and scared me. He probably would've hit me if I hadn't left right away thats how aggressive he was. The lady behind me came outside and up to me and said he was horrific and cursing and I should definitely call corporate which I have. He was working at 2pm at the register and had a light brown/Strawberry blonde beard and wearing a beanie. He was a very short man, maybe 5' 8 or 5' 10. And thin. Maybe in his 30s.I asked for Parliament Menthol Lights (green and white pack) and when he found them he asked how many I wanted and I said I'll take whatever you got there so he pulled out all cigarettes and ring me up and I paid with a credit card. Then he realized half the cigarettes were the wrong kind. He was trying to figure out how to refund me and couldn't figure it out at first then finally refunded me by giving me cash and when he gave me the cash he had handed me a $50 bill that was messed up and had stickers on. He goes to re-ring me up and starts to scan a pack of cigarettes, which were the wrong kind, and I said I don't know if it matters but you're scanning the wrong one (trying to be helpful). He goes on to tell me that the green and silver ones was what I had originally asked for. I told him no I asked for the green and white ones, I don't smoke the white and silver ones. He comes back at me telling me no that is what you said and I told him I would never as I don't smoke that kind. He goes on again to say that's not what you asked for but I'm not here to argue with you ma'am, in a very rude, annoyed and loud tone (after literally arguing with me). A nice employee would've just said ok and rang the kind I asked for rather than needing to be right. And, even if the green and silver ones were what I asked for, it wasn't what I was saying at that moment, just ring up the item I'm asking for.Anyways he tells me my total and I pay for my cigarettes with exact change which included the weird $50 bill. Then he proceeds to ask me if I have a lot of fives and I say why do you need change and he says yes (not sure why as I paid with exact change and he didn't need any at that moment). Then I look to get the change and I only had four $5 bills and I told him I don't then he says in a very raised and angry voice oh why you don't want the weird $50 bill? I told him no I don't have change that's not why. I asked why he had you have to be so rude and he says he knows it's cuz I don't want the weird bill and he goes on being rude saying sarcastically for me to have a good day and other rude remarks. I wouldn't have paid for it with the weird bill had he not given it to me in the first place when he didn't know how to give me a refund. And if he accepted that bill from someone else, why not from me?Clearly he was taking out his annoyance and frustration about not knowing how to do his job as a cashier out on me. He needs anger management classes and learn customer service before being employed by anyone. I will not shop at that store again.

So there is a new man that works there his name is Alec, that makes it hard as a minority to shop in this store. He was very aggressive and discriminatory from the moment I entered the store. They have a 2/7 cut water deal so I brought him a box of 4. They open them and give me 2 usually, but he engaged the manager and asked if he could open it for me. He also demanded that I get my ID, which was fine, so I said ok I will go get it because I can see this is going to be a problem. I came back in and asked Sherrie to ring me up because I didn’t feel safe and tried to tell her about it. He spoke over me, distorted my words (saying I said something other than I would get my id because this was going to be a problem. I didn’t, I literally went and got it from my car) and said he was just doing his job and I was entitled. How so? You told me to get my id and I did. Everyone else in the store is really nice. Sherrie and Laura or Laurie are really nice. I come here all the time but as long as Alec works there, I won’t be back.
