Shiftsmart workers - please do not work at this location, not only did the manager lie and say they told the app their not accepting people at 6 pm but wasted my time and money lyfting all the way here when I live in tempe and when I explained that I paid nearly $20 just to get to there store. Manager could care less.

I would have given 5 stars because the manager and day/evening employees are absolutely amazing. The reason I gave only 3 is because the overnight gentleman that works is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has absolutely no customers service skills. I avoid this store after evening shift leaves to not deal with this employee.

This is consistently the worst circle k I have ever been to and it’s a shame it’s the one nearest my home. Gas pumps constantly out, outdated and broken equipment still, a broken door, and they were out of normal Dr Pepper. Every time I’ve come to this location they’ve been out of that soda and I refuse to spend money here when that’s the case. In the past there has been extremely unprofessional staff. I am very unsatisfied with this location.

Zero respect. The cashier cussed every other word talking about being in the drunk tank, while three people were in front of the door harassing. Going to circle k at night is uncomfortable enough. This is ridiculous.

Worst customer service most of the time anytime of day or night. The Caucasian guy tonight told me I lied and said I asked for the wrong cigarettes when in fact I order the same kinds since the last 15 years plus, so when I found out once I got outside to open my pack they were just regular Camel Menthol and not my 'Camel Menthol Silvers. " He said I asked for the Camel Menthol's and he couldn't exchange them since I had already left the store barely 25 seconds prior. Other issues I've had here are with the African American gentleman with the accent always questioning me and what I'm purchasing and always giving me a hard time for literally EVERYTHING. He is always so rude for no reason. The only person I enjoy at this Circle K location is the youngest Caucasian girl whom works around lunch and also the older manager lady at times.. other than this I'll never go here again .

Lazy workers. Stand around and refuse to do their job. Zach decided he wasn’t gonna cash out my lottery tickets due to not wanting to drop cash. So he refused to give me cash said all I can get is more tickets and I asked if that was a new policy and he refused to give me manager information or corporate number. Can’t wait to call corporate and lottery office and let them know they are refusing to cash customers out.
