The young guy who cleaned my windows was great! Not only did he do a nice job on the windows but was very polite and fair with pricing (he could not access a window pane, so he deducted it from the total price. I totally understood why he couldn’t access it!).

Bought groupon for 3 bedroom cleaning and we have a 2 bedroom apartment. There is a small nook connected to the bedroom the size of a closet. They said they would have to charge for an extra bedroom. I said since the groupon is for 3 bedrooms and we only have 2 this should be covered. Apparently not and they still wanted to charge. We told them to clean the nook and leave the closet. The tech ended up skipping a patch of carpet from the master bedroom to the bathroom (not part of the closet). He only spent 20 minutes of actual cleaning and there were still visible stains. Not impressed at all and would never consider hiring this company again.
Response: I'm not sure where the confusion was. We spoke to 2 different people and were told by both we would be charged for an additional bedroom so this was discussed and your company was well aware of the situation. We were told there would be a charge despite the groupon covering up to 3 bedrooms when we had a 2 bedroom.

Your cleaning crew was excellent ! They did a wonderful job, were very professional and careful with the windows and very respectful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Right on time too !

My technician Jason did an excellent job and the carpets look great. The issue is that I called when booking the appointment prior to purchasing a Groupon to confirm which option would be best and upon the service being completed I was told something different. I have a house with mostly tile, so only have 2 rooms and a hallway. The options were 4 rooms and a hallway or 3 rooms. I asked if the 3rd room could be used for the hallway and was told yes at the time of booking. After the service, however, I was told it was an extra $30 since one of my rooms was 10 square feet over their allocation for a single room. Well, if we do the math the hallway was way under 250 square feet, so it would have still been reasonable to combine that 10 square feet with the square feet of the hallway to equal the 250 remaining square feet allowed. I like to use Groupons to try out new businesses with the goal of becoming a long term customer if they do a great job. Based on the service before the surprise charge, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have found a new carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it seems they have lost a customer over $30 and a technicality. Seems pretty short sighted.

Carpet is lovely windows r a mess. They didn’t wear booties and went they left I had dirty shoe prints all through my house. When i mentioned that they then cleaned the floor in one small hallway. The new young man Ty was wonderful.

I purchased a Groupon for four rooms of carpet cleaning and I had an appointment with a week and they did a fantastic job! I had some really bad pet stains and my carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend them!

Jacob did a fantastic job. Very thorough and wasn’t in a rush to get to the next job like you usually see with hired out work. Great pricing and very easy experience. Wish I took before and after photos. What an amazing difference!
