Matt and his family at Coach Works have always made any experience with our vehicles and insurance painless. This most recent time about a month ago, I was in a fender bender and they fought with my insurance in order to get us almost 2,000 more than they were trying to offer us. They went through the extra work of double checking them to make sure we were not being screwed or pushed over by the insurance. The most trustworthy and honest people I know. They will give you honest reality of what to expect and their honest opinion of the situation. I will always bring my business the Coach Works. I took my car to a chain collision center, then to Matt at Coach Works. Coach Works determined the damage was much more extensive than the first place I took it, and explained the importance of repairing it correctly, to factory specs - especially when damage to sensors is involved. Matt and his team thoroughly documented the damage, took many photos, and sent a detailed estimate to my insurance company within a couple days. Because of the detail in his proposal and photos, my insurance company accepted it and made a decision quickly (within 2 days) - in this case to go ahead and total out the car. During this time, Coach Works also provided a rental car (paid for by my insurance co.) so I did not need to deal with a separate company for the rental car. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, and based on my experience, I would recommend Coach Works to others.

I was recently in a car accident where I was hit from behind from aa much larger vehicle. My first call was to Coach Works because of the excellent service I have received in the past. Within the hour my car was towed and Matt began helping me navigate what needed to be done with my vehicle and insurance. Because of his detailed estimate and pictures that he submitted on my behalf I was able to get the action that I needed to take care of the problem. I appreciate the communication that Matt had with the insurance company on my behalf. Coach Works is honest, thorough, and helpful to everyone that uses their services. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work, especially following an accident.

I brought my classic 1966 mustang in after a front end accident. Their team was very transparent and communicated throughout the whole process. they matched the paint perfectly for an old car and highly recommend coach works auto body. I will be bringing any repairs on my vehicles back to them.

This was my first time working with Coach Works, and I was not disappointed. Matt was very honest and knowledgeable. He tore down our truck and showed us exactly what parts were damaged and what needed to be replaced or repaired. He even left it up to us to decide how much we wanted to fix based on our budget because we paid out of pocket and not insurance. The repair came out great, and I will definitely use them again.

Coachworks is wonderful to work with. Matt and Nicole were very helpful throughout the process. They both helped me fight my insurance company when the insurance company tried to sway me away from taking my car to Coachworks. My insurance company told me that Coachworks will use “a quality of parts that are not covered” which actually meant that Coachworks was only willing to put my car back together with quality OEM (factory) parts to ensure that my vehicle was safe to be driven. As soon as my insurance company tried to fight me on having my car repaired at Coachworks, I knew I was making the right choice.
I felt very comfortable with Coachworks and everything was explained to me in detail with all aspects of the process being very transparent. Matt and Nicole went above and beyond to take care of the insurance requirements. They have stood by me through all of the hoops State Farm made me jump through. The accident I was involved in was found to be the other party’s fault and in speaking with their insurance company, I was told that Coachworks does quality work using only the best parts on the market that are specific to the year, make and model of the vehicles and that most insurance companies prefer to use aftermarket parts to get the vehicle repaired as inexpensively as possible with no regard to safety of the person driving the vehicle. Knowing that, I will never take my car to anyone other than Coachworks. If you want your car repaired properly and feel safe driving after an accident or part failure, I strongly recommend taking your car to Coachworks. They treat you like family and make you feel safe and cared for.

Happy to add to all the good reviews I saw when I was trying to find a shop to fix my car. They did an amazing job and explained everything they were doing very well. I didn’t feel pressured into anything at all! They were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back if my car needs anything else and will recommend to friends and family!

I can't say enough good things about Coach Works Auto Body!!! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The quality of their work is outstanding. They have helped me on two separate not at fault accidents. They helped deal with insurance companies not wanting to repair or replace the vehicles to an optimum standard. They know how to handle every scenario with insurance companies.
What really impresses me is how helpful they were with the insurance process. They took the time to explain everything to me, handled all the communication with the insurance adjuster, and made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. It was clear they had my best interests in mind, and I felt completely taken care of.

My daughter was involved in an accident where another driver made an unsafe lane change. I decided to take my car to Coach Works because I felt that they were not only going to take very good care of the car, they would not turn a car back over to me that was not completely safe for my teen. Matt worked tirelessly with me and helped the absolute best he could to get my insurance company who were being bullies to cover repair costs. He was there to support me and reassure me every step of the way. While the car was deemed a loss, I can say with complete confidence, that Matt and the whole Coach Works team worked diligently, honestly and with 100% transparency throughout the whole process. Coach works was great!! After our new car got in an accident, we wanted the vehicle repaired to new car status. Coach works assured us in every way that would happen, and delivered on that! Then after Progressive car insurance decided to only pay 60% of the estimate, Matt from Coach works was with us every step of the way to keep fighting to get what we deserved. We are VERY happy with our experience from Matt with Coach works Auto Body.

I had been driving my vehicle around for over 3 years with the front bumper falling off. I reached out to Coach Works and they were able to look at my vehicle the same day. Upon arrival, Matt was able to fix it in a few minutes free of charge. I am extremely embarrassed at how easy of a fix it was, but am beyond grateful for his help and highly recommend Coach Works.
