I always have the best experience at this location. The employees are kind, honest, friendly and knowledgable. I leave every visit with a full understanding of the services I’ve purchased and why they are important to preserving the quality of my vehicle. The customer service ROCKS! Cherie was so patient, kind and informative. 100/10 recommend Cobblestone for more than just an excellent wash and experience.

Bought the platinum full service to give them a try as this is the first time for me here.
I was a little disappointed with the lack of diligence with cleaning the both the exterior and interior. I have an SUV and they didn't even open the rear door to vacuum or wipe it down. I had to open it myself to present them with opportunity to clean. In less than 6 minutes of slow minimum effort, it's not possible to do a full service. I guess I was spoiled by "full service" car washing in Nevada. I was expecting the same here.

So i decided to give this place a second chance ??♀️ I paid for the diamond package was told that everything inside and out would be cleaned, well it wasn’t. The outside is still a little dirty they barely touched the inside, I had to ask the guy to clean my car more. Didn’t even put the car smell in it. My 13 year old can clean my car a million times better! I want my money back!!!!! You rip off clowns ?

Don’t pay for a quick wash if you want a clean car. For a wash that should remove dirt and bugs let me tell you that’s a lie. My car honestly wasn’t very clean. I had to still scrub bugs off the car and my window was all spotty also( not like water spots but like leftover residue) I had to go to a different place to get a better wash. I won’t be going back there

Aug 31st 2024 Update: Nothing has changed; still received the same level of poor service at the beginning and the end of the wash. Still had to have them properly wipe down the truck, this time the wheels. Left my truck to dry in the sun before drying it with their towels, left the dashboard untouched, had to re-vacuum the driver area myself. Only positive was cashierJoey, the rest of my experience was a huge diassapointment yet again, even after 3yrs since my first review. Never again Cobblestone. 3yrs ago: General Manager Gustavo needs to tighten his ship, spend time training your crew on how to provide top-tier service regardless of whatever service your customer pays for, especially if a customer pays for the top level wash. Incoming car wash customer service reps need to listen to customer concerns/requests and provide solutions versus arguing with them in front of their peers and other customers. I asked for them to do a good job, but got sub-par service and treatment. Manager Gustavo even had the tenacity to advise me that I had to finish the wash myself, after asking him and his crew to properly wipe down the passenger side and rear of my truck with a damp towel after the wash cycle (without exaggerating it took me literally less than 2min to finish it myself at the self-serve station using their own blue damp towels), Gustavo told me he would charge me up to $80 extra to have his crew provide the wipe down I was asking for. Only positive experience from my visit was the service provided by the cashiers inside the lobby

I've got the monthly subscription. I'd say it's worth if you get your car washed once a week. They vacuum and dry your car. Or you could just go through the wash if you'd like.
There's free vacuums and towels to touch up the inside.
I love there's locations all over the valley.

This review is for Cobblestone’s Signal Butte and Baseline location in Mesa.
Eric Hutchins - Oil Lube Manager - and his crew - namely Cherie - are AMAZING! Had a weird noise in my 2021 Tundra after I rinsed off my engine and Eric went above and beyond to explain to me what the probable cause was along with doing several diagnostic checks which found that my battery was bad and just about to die! He educated me on the best batteries to use in my Tundra and the install price for an Interstate Battery at Cobblestone was less inexpensive than anyone else! I also had them perform a full service oil change which they gave me a coupon for and saved me quite a bit of $Money$. When he did the oil change Eric’s attention to detail along with his quality work ethic helped him discover that incorrect skid plate bolts had been installed during a previous oil change done by a different company. Eric really impressed me with his quality of service along with going the extra mile to do things right the first time and will keep me going back to see Eric and his crew for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

The customer service was beyond great, Anthony went out of his way to make sure I received all my reward points he even showed me points that I wasn’t aware of, that goes to show that it’s not just about the bottom line but it’s about customer satisfaction, great job guys keep hiring people like Anthony and you will forever be successful!!!

Horrible customer service from the condescending worker at the front desk. He put a car wash sticker in my car in a spot I didn't want and he said I have 2 choices and I told him i don't like those spots and he said we'll the guy in the next car has it in that spot. Ummm don't care what he does. I don't like it and he said under his breathe but loud enough for me hear" you don't have to be rude" listen dude you came at me with what you did first. No excuses! I canceled my membership and won't be back.
