came to return a TV, waiting in the return line since 6:40am, employee tells me they don't open until 7am. I think thats a little weird cause the previous Walmart I went to had their services department open at 6am when the store opened. I look online, I look on their website, I look around the service area trying to find any notation they do not open until 7am. I found nothing. informed associate it does not say anything anywhere about not opening until 7am. she had no response but that she would be back. seems this is a preference rather than an actual regulation. another customer comes in behind me, also confused as to the 7am opening. Suggestion notate it somewhere, anywhere, that a customer can see so we don't waste our time waiting!

The Manager and many of the associates that work there are very nasty and racist to many of the black and brown customers. I witnessed associates with managers make ignorant and obviously careless remarks to non-white customers! I am Caucasian and while I see this stupidity, many white customers are stealing up a storm. I think with the assistance of the managers! They need to be called Out Especially at this Walmart. I've stopped my family from going there. A few employees there are wonderful. But the Racist ones are poisonous to our Society!!!!

Walmart at 1710 S Greenfield Rd. Mesa Az has some of the most inept, unprofessional people working for them!! Twice in the last few months I've ordered home delivery and only half my order shows up. I don't know if the person picking the order with a list is the problem or if putting in some operational systems in place where the delivery driver can't leave with the order before it's been verified again needs to be policy. But twice?! Not acceptable!! and then when I call regarding my missing items (more than half the order both times and all the expensive items, by the way,) don't talk to me about how it's lost inventory for you and that's why you can't re-deliver my products again like Luis and Veronica tried to do. And tried to do this, mind you, behind their own managers back who had already committed to doing that for me.Additionally, the first time they did this to me I needed to update my email. I asked for that to be done. Apparently a multi billion dollar a day company isn't capable of updating an email either because that never happened.Get it together Walmart!!!

My first time here. I get out of my car in the morning, I get approached by some young woman in the parking lot. She says to me: "sir, I need money for food and diapers." I told her: "well I'm not buying them for you."I enter the store, made my way to the electronics section, not a soul to be had. I decided it's time to leave.Right after I exit the store I see yet another woman, with a stroller, in the parking lot. She says something in Spanish, and she is holding up a big sign written in English."Need help with food and diapers." Thinking she didn't know English, I just shoed her away.

Communication is terrible, service is terrible, the employees are too. I set an order and they marked my package as delivered. It never came in the mail. It's been three weeks since and just found out it got lost in the mail. To even get to customer service i had to call three times and they picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold, then hung up. I had to call three times and left it ringing off at least ten minutes.

Went in for an oil change and my truck sat in the shop since 1:28 for an oil change. It took until 4:30 to complete it. Unbelievable

Was on hold for 12 minutes and kept being transferred from line to line. I was trying to reach the Electronics department and at one point while I was on hold I heard them answer by accident and heard laughing in the background just to be placed in hold again. I decided to call over and over until they answered and then scolded them.

Great prices on everything, but while they were rockin it there they blew it at the checkout when the associate checking me out picked his nose and then wiped it on the shirt I was buying. I kid you not! He sees me watching him and says sheepishly "Damn allergies. I'm sorry you had to see that." Like what, him picking his nose or wiping it on the shirt I was buying.

This Walmart Supercenter is big and makes the one by my house look tiny in comparison. I went here with a friend to pick up some items needed for her cooking channel we're developing on youtube. We were able to find everything quick and easy and were in and out faster than we normally would be, as we picked a good time of day to go and it wasn't as busy.I do know this store has different hours due to the COVID, epidemic and that is not unusual, as most stores are operating at different times than they usually would be.
