At first there's never more than 1 cashier. You ask for help no one available. Then they open another just to chit chat instead of ringing up. The meat and seafood dept. has a bad odor so I don't buy my seafood or chicken here. They need to ramp up their cashiers or people might go down the street to Rancho Market.

I don't know why I keep on thinking that I will get a quality cut of meat from food city. Once again I was fooled. I bought a large package of 'country style pork ribs'. Looked beautiful in the package but, after opening it was obviously a con job. Across the top of the package they placed pieces to make it look like full size ribs but, underneath they packed off cuts and scrap bits. I ended up with random sized pieces that were anywhere from 90% fat or some meat on bone. Nothing I would consider a country style rib. This isn't the first time so I guess "shame on me" for thinking it would be different this time. Apparently they don't have any trained butchers. Never again!

Train your meat department customer service skills. I don't tolerate childish behavior. I'm bilingual and can't stand to see employees talk behind a customer. I happen to observe a frustrating situation of a meat department employee being disrespectful to a customer. I have better places to shop at.
