I used to enjoy visiting this branch. The employees went out of their way to welcome you in and doing business with them was easy. Recently many of the key employees at this branch quit. The culture immediately shifted. The staff is rude, condescending and could care less who you are. They have become just another financial institution. So much for "Raising your expectations". Will be moving my personal and business money away from Comerica.

Worst experience of my life waiting a whole hour to try and get a check cashed that's from their bank customer service is crap and they don't care whoever owns this bank needs a employee adjustment

My employers payroll draws from this bank. First I was able to cash a check and open an account. Second check aside from a slight spelling error they wanted my full name present despite previous check being cashed without issue. Third check, I show up during business hours and they were closed. People inside, doors locked. Drive through closed. Will be closing my account at first availability. This is the only branch I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

Not good service I’m trying to get cashiers check from my bank account they didn’t let me to get my money also the manager she was imagining me I’m gonna closed my bank account with Comerica bank they don’t have Experian banking after this I’m going to another place In Tempe is same bank they take care of me

Amazing stuff keep up the great job. Very clean and sanitary location. I have and had other bank accounts and by far comerica bank is the best bank hands down.

I can't wait to close all my accounts. These branches are constantly closing without notice, and changing hours on the fly. Even before covid, a single deposit would take almost a half hour. I was nearly a daily customer, and every deposit would require a manager approval and they consta6wanted to out holds on the funds. Worst bank by far.

Great experience thus far with drive up, inside teller and especially bankers at the Mesa Rio Salado Branch ...Stephanie was very efficient in helping to set up account.

This is the worst bank in history for so many reasons I'm banking for decades and I loathe walking in the door of any Comerica Bank maybe changing Banks soon very very very soon Liars thieves cheaters disrespectful sarcastic and don't help a customer well I won't be a customer much longer
