Worst bank I’ve ever been to. They couldn’t get in their own safe and were not confidential about anyone’s transactions. The boss is a nutcase and everyone it felt like I was in a bar. NOT the right energy for a bank. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

Two reasons prompted me to switch a business account to Comerica:1) Fees charged by other banks for business accounts, so ideally saving money2) The great message and initial relationship from our initial banker. LOTS of talk about being a 'relationship' focused bankThats where it started. Thats where it ended. Less fees and bare bones basics in responsiveness.Problems with why you don't want to be there:1) Their ACH payment system is archaic- horrible to log in, use and manage.2) They charged me $75 to deposit $10,000 cash. A bank charges me to give them my own money?!3) Their 'Treasury Department' has a single person 'leave a message after the beep' platform- from where no one calls you back4) After cancelling my account, there was zero ability to talk to anyone who could help me.5) Never a single phone call back from the 'relationship' banker, even after 2 emails a voicemail.Pay the little extra cash and stay in a national bank that does the job right.

Great customer service. I initially joined the bank because my employer is affiliated with them. Very pleased that I did, they are very courteous, efficient and professional. Also in these times you look for a clean atmosphere and they keep the place clean as could be. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Been waiting on a debit card for my business account for over 2 months... thousands of dollars and I have to call and call- no one answers. Not the best way to build a relationship with a new small business.

Sitting in the drive thru just watched lunch get delivered so I know people are there and I've waited probably 10 minutes still nobody could come over and take care of those in drive thru. Not likely to use this location again

I changed to Comerica after my brother in law recommended that I open my business account with them. As a small business owner I appreciate the friendly service I get. They always greet me when I walk in. This means a lot to me to have a more personal connection. I was with my last bank for over 20 years. I had no problems with them I just felt like there was no personal connection. It seemed like I had a different teller every month. I have been with Comerica for over 1 1/2 years. I fell like I made the right choice.

Review above says it all I can't believe that this has three stars and it's only because it has no Yelp reviews I only yelp when I'm sick and tired of being treated like I'm doing somebody a favor a bank who should be down on their knees thanking God for my service! Also I looked at other Comerica Banks around town and in California and they get the two stars they don't deserve more than one disrespectful sarcastic it is just a vile disgusting situation and most importantly they don't help just like the above they don't help they lie their sarcastic you go in the bank over and over and they won't solve a problem I look forward to them reading this I'm sure they know who I am

Great bank! Incredibly responsive people. The branch manager greets everyone and the entire staff is focused on providing customers with the best experience possible. I have multiple accounts and have had many dealings here and it's always top notch service. The manager Laith is a hands on leader of a fantastic team. This Comerica branch is what banking is all about!
