Once I was taken back, it was smooth and pretty quick. Just the waiting was a little long.

The staff is great and very helpful. The check in is process is just disappointing. You have to do everything on line just to get an appointment and then do it all over again to check yourself in before they call you back. No customer service when dealing with the computer process.
