I really don't understand how a beauty supply store is constantly out of products. I've even asked for specific products and the answer is always oh we get a shipment later today or later this week then the next time... today the answer was oh bummer, no interest in what I was looking for or helping me get it... and Im talking like even color. How do you not have a fully stocked color line?? Your option is to then call every other CosmoProf in the valley and go on a wild goose chase to maybe end up with two of what you need. I really try to avoid using any products CosmoProf carries because once you're out you will probably never get it again. So disappointing, every time.

Honestly the staff are extremely rude, as stated by everyone below. My daughter is just getting started, she is trying all different types of products to try to get results she is looking for. Every time she goes in they lecture her about her purchase. Not sure what that is all about but she does not want to go in there anymore so she sends me. It is absolutely horrific how they do not support the new comers in the industry!! Why are they there anyway?? They are alienating their clientele!! My daughter is a driven young adult, always thinking on her toes, why can't people lead these kids with dignity and honor!! There are so many reviews stating the same thing I am and obviously the store staff are not getting the message! She will get her products from another store! If you wonder why you are struggling and can't make your sales numbers take a good look at yourself!!

The manager was snooty. She argued with me about a product I used to sell for a company I worked for for 17yrs! I retired from hair temporarily due to Covid so I am out of the loop on some products mainly the sexy hair line. All I asked was if they changed the color on the product I was wanting to purchase. At her store it is the same color but at some other stores and online it is black? I felt like the other licensed white stylist was talked to with a pep in her step but with me it was a lot different? I won’t go to that Cosmo Prof EVER again! I always say the tone of your voice is EVERYTHING.

Store is small and not very clean or updated. Very low supply on MANY items. I mean I get the supply issue thing, but when I asked the girl with medium length brown hair about a product, she was Hella RUDE! Not impressed with staff or store.

Adorable employee. Very professional, very helpful and patient. I knew they were preparing to close so I tried to keep it short but I had a few questions about a couple of Christmas gifts. She answered all of them . I understand it can be hard working with other professionals since the industry is so cut throat. She was like a breath of fresh air compared to the last few times I've been into a supply store. ( Which I remember ever trip since I live over an hour away from the closest one). Compared to a couple weeks ago where at another location I was given the cold shoulder and not even asked if I needed help she was very knowledgeable and helpful .
