Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. Manger told me I should leave my toddler at home when I am running errands and continuing to yell in our face as we were leaving. Hope this location closes I will never go back to this location.

I ordered same day delivery for hair color and remover for a client . I ordered it early enough to get before my appointment .
I get home to find that it is not there! No phone call no text from delivery person or store . I call at 5 and my appointment is at 530 the store said it was delivered and that they brought it back because no one was home! Now I have no color or color remover for my + 300 hair service I call and I have nothing but sorry I can’t refund or redeliver ,so I try to cancel they can’t do it because the manager left for the day . I get a call from the manager and she says call customer service where I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone and I have to now wait another 7-10 days for a refund! So needless to say I went to Salon centric to buy the same products with no issue . The problem is I spent 125 at Cosmo and another 125 at salon centric so where is my profit? I have to now wait 7-10 days for the payout! You just lost a customer !

I love your staff but when are you going to fix your roof? Every time I go in, there’s buckets everywhere and the roof looks like it’s caving in. Doesn’t look safe!
