The new muffins are single packed and different flavors. Always enjoy what different treats they bring with the seasons.

What an experience before Thanksgiving. The store was packed yet everyone was friendly and cooperative. Plenty of merchandise and specials. What a great selection of items at a remarkable value.

Costco is hands down the best store for value, quality, and variety! From fresh produce to bulk household essentials, everything is top-notch. Their Kirkland Signature products are consistently impressive, often rivaling or surpassing name brands. The employees are always friendly and helpful, making every visit a positive experience. The food court is a hidden gem--where else can you get a delicious $1.50 hot dog combo? Plus, their return policy is unbeatable, which gives me complete confidence in my purchases. Costco truly goes above and beyond to deliver savings and quality for their members. Highly recommend!

This bulk type shopping is not for Me. It's just the two of us with very limited storage. I doubt I would ever return. Parking is crazy and putting out that kind of cash out at one time would break my bank.

The kiosk staff are neither AT&T nor Costco employees but are contracted through a third party, making them unaccountable to either company for their actions or unprofessional behavior. Their dismissive attitude, such as telling us they didn't have time for detailed answers, was frustrating enough. However, their incompetence in entering the correct shipping address has caused me hours of calls and significant frustration. Even AT&T corporate stores are aware of these recurring issues. Due to their error, my phones were undeliverable, and now I face weeks of delays while waiting for returned phones and credits to process before I can even restart the order. Thankfully, one diligent FedEx driver went door-to-door in our Las Sendas subdivision of 80 homes and was able to deliver three out of the five phones I ordered. The remaining two phones are still missing, and I'm stuck in a lengthy credit process. While I would gladly cancel everything, I've already traded in my old phones and have no alternative. I strongly caution others about the incompetence at these kiosks, no matter how tempting the promotions may seem. I would rather pay more with T-Mobile than deal with the headaches caused by this experience.

So I scanned in and informed associate that I was going to walk around the outside and she said ok. Then I start walking in to go to tire shop because I bought my tires from Costco and Costco messed up and had my tire pressure 75% lower than it should have been. Wouldn't have know that unless my gauge went off while I was driving down from Sedona. So it was urgent and we could have died. So I'm walking in when an associate starts yelling at me like I killed someone and I was like what and he said I had to leave??? Lucky the manager came up and explained that all their new rules would not allow me in through the exit. So I said okay and went to walk in customer service and the informed me that I was not allowed in the customer service door. That was just retaliation because I informed them I was an executive member and that I needed to have my tires fixed before I could get in my car again.. This is probably the worst Costco in Arizona and that's hard to do since Tucson is to Arizona as Florida is to Florida!!! Remember to go visit this one and say hi to the disrespectful kid Jose who was never taught how to talk to people. So disrespectful. Sorry Jose that you were not raised right or obviously trained by your managers. Including photo. I also think it was because I was dressed in a Coke shirt and shorts because I was driving all day on tires that could have killed us.

One of the worst costco stores I've visited since holding my own membership. The majority clientele is very obvious and it doesn't help the flow of foot traffic let alone road traffic. That's fine, however, that brings me to my next point- Everyone there, from the members to SOME of the staff are extremely rude! I've been racially slurred there and even had my grandmother insulted during the holiday season in 2023 BY ANOTHER MEMBER (mind you, she's been gone for many years now), so yeah; that left a bad taste in my mouth. Even after reporting it, absolutely nothing because they know members keep coming back for whatever deals or product roadshows they got going on. I also am so amused how inconsistent people are here in behavior, social interactions, and all of the above. One day you can make some deep jokes and the other you get talked to by about five people about the same issue all whilst shopping and trying your best to beat the terrible traffic outside and inside. And the management! You KNOW who knows what they're doing and who is getting flustered. It's VERY obvious. I won't mention any names, for it's not worth my time. Just know that I only will come to this costco out of absolute necessity. Otherwise, I will buckle down and visit another store that's not as dysfunctional as this one. P.S. - newer instacart shoppers don't help this review either. In fact, they make me want to give zero stars. Then again, this costco had nothing really to work with anyway besides the Costco name. A true disappointing store. I hope there's change soon or else this house divided will fall.

I left my iPhone on a cart and drove away. When I returned about an hour later, Costco employees had secured the iPhone in their lost and found and returned it to me. Really appreciate the integrity of their workers.

Was buying a box of pizza when I encountered this Anthony kid manning the cashier. First, he tried to direct me to use the Kiosk but I waited as I prefer to pay cash. I ignored his look of attitude as I placed my order. He handed me back my money in a tossing fashion, naturally, the coins jumped from my hand onto the counter. This kid, rather than be apologetic, stated it's not his fault that I could not catch the coins. He was rude, defensive, no sense of Accountability, and to top it off, he had the audacity to call his co-worker for rescue. Spoke with Andrew and Tiffany in hopes that this kid will go thru some class re: accountability and rude behavior and how to improve customer service.

After going to Costco could not believe big cost changes. I spent $450.00 but didn't get all my items. Besides the cots aI was apply the dates that expired. Meat did in 2 days, bakery the same day as other products. Guess the sales weren't great. Why would one want to purchase expired or or in 2 days. Unbelievable!

Costco...the land of giant carts, endless samples, and unexpected treasures. It's like stepping into a shopping adventure where you never know what you'll find. From gourmet snacks to oversized teddy bears, Costco has it all. During this visit, I noticed they also made the change from the plastic roastierrie chicken containers to the plastic bags. While it's probably less plastic on the environment, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the bag style. Otherwise, just remember, pace yourself at the sample stations - those tiny bites can be deceivingly filling!
