New entry policy a joke. Bakery items getting smaller and smaller plus no longer have there blueberry muffins they were replaced with smaller crap that taste like crap cost the same but get less.

Approached front end manager to redeem Citibank cash back coupon. He was busy on the computer and said he'd help us in a minute. No problem - asked him to take his time. He finishes up and wanders off without acknowledging us, stands by the window near the water bottle vending machine for awhile looking around (but conspicuously not at us) with his arms crossed. Walks by again, avoiding eye contact, and goes to the front door where other employees are checking receipts. Bizarre. NPC? Robot? Social anxiety? C'mon buddy :( I know this Costco gets cranky elderly people often and I feel the fatigue there too but I just want the cash for my Costco card spend, if you don't want to give it then maybe talk to Citibank and get them to just do statement credits like every other credit card on the planet. Went to customer service who grabbed a different employee who got us out of there in about 30 seconds.
