Unfortunately, I’ll to have to say that our experience at Country Inn and Suites in Mesa was far less than ideal. The hotel overall is tired, outdated, and dirty. For example, faded and dirty walls, and stained carpet. The bed skirt was also noticeably stained. My wife overheard one of the cleaning staff say that they hadn’t cleaned our room. Upon arriving to our room - the shower had a lot of hair in it and the drain was stopped up from it. The desk was covered in crumbs. There were several large stains on the carpet. The thermostat didn’t work. There was also leftover food and beer in our mini fridge that was very old and pretty disgusting that left a bad smell. It appeared that the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. On the positive side, the sheets were clean but I can’t say the bed was comfortable. My wife phoned the front desk to request some cleaning of our dirty room (particularly the shower) and no one answered. Another positive note though is the restaurants within walking distance, including a Krispy Kreme!! Sadly - this hotel was overall outdated and in need of some deep cleaning so I don’t think we’ll be back.

Worst hotel experience in over 20 years. Staff was rude to all of us. When we asked for extra pillows they resisted, then made us come to the front desk. When my daughter asked for towels, she was denied. When I approached the staff (Im an older male), they told me I needed to go to the front desk because nobody was going to bring me towels. Replaced our broken fridge with a fridge full of mold. They charge extra for early check in and late check out. All around a horrible experience when we're paying rates higher than the local Marriott and Hyatt hotels. Don't stay here.

Just completed a 3 day stay and will be returning for sure. Family oriented, great location, great breakfast, well trained staff.

Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff. The gym was a bit disappointing - not all equipment was working.

Location was good. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was Pleasant.The hotel is old and dated. Our room was dirty with previous guests clothing and used linens left behind. The restroom was gross and neither the shower nor sink drain properly. The walls have stuff splattered on them. The whole place smells terrible. Do not recommend at all. Find somewhere else to stay.

A wonderful stay! Was in town for Christmas and had a week long stay the 22nd-27th and staff was accommodating and friendly. A simple breakfast but good for families, rooms were very clean. I had booked a king standard room for me and my fiancé and they upgraded us to a suite with a kitchenette for free! Only downside is that there were little to no modern vending machines for drinks, but that’s nitpicking. Would stay again!

Carpet had small toys in it not picked up from last people staying here . Sofa mattress had lots of dry pee staRooms: Not clean and lots of pee stains on mattress thank goodness I brought my own pillow and blanket very disappointed in room condition

Great location. Close to lots of shopping, tons of options for dining and not far from Mesa-Gateway Airport. You could also get to Sky Harbor in a reasonable amount of time.Service here was great for me. Check-In was easy. I requested a close room on the 1st floor because of my handicap. She was more than happy to help me and even upgraded my room.Room was very clean. Coffee maker and cups located in the middle of the room. The suite has a living room and separate bedroom with two TVs.Very quiet. Overall I was pleased with this location.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have had! We were flying into Mesa with our 1 year old, so I called before and after I booked to make sure us coming in around 1am would not be a problem. When I showed up the lady at the desk said they cancelled my reservation due to maintenance issues and asked if I got an email. I double checked right then and told her I only had an email that asked how my check in went. After a 4 hour plane ride at 1am my husband, me, and my 1 year old had no room to stay in with no heads up or notice before arriving. No effort was put in to helping us find somewhere else to stay or concern what so ever. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I give this hotel 0 stars for Cleanliness. My husband and I were in town visiting family and to see our first grandchild for the first time.I ended up sick in bed for two days because of an allergic reaction to dirty feathered down pillows and blanket, and didn't get a chance to see our grandaughter in her first Halloween costume. The Mattress pads on the bed dirty and falling apart. Room never cleaned for 6 days, we stayed at the hotel even though sign at front desk stated, Room is cleaned after the 3rd day. Housekeeping gave us a hard time giving us clean towels. We were told to hang the towels up in the Room. No towel racks in the bathroom. I told my family not to recommend this hotel to anyone.Management would not give us a refund. Only plus is the location is within walking distance of restaurants.Food & drinks: Close by to restaurants
