If a -0 star was available that’s what I’d rate the leadership here. Absolutely no training, rude/condescending leadership who don’t support. Lack of empathy from direct supervisors unless you’ve “done good by Bubba” in the past. Lots of favors, underlined “deals” between longer tenured employees versus newer staff. It’s the perfect job for young person who’s trying to figure out life but not recommended for adults. They claim start times are 4am but will text you at 330am stating “don’t start until 6” this obviously shortens hours. They claim they put you on a route closest to your home, 6 months asking while living next door to multiple stores, it was never granted. They claim you’re paid for miles, 5 months & countless trips to leadership/HR before a dime was paid out which wouldn’t have been paid had I not had text proof showing me constantly asking for assistance/training with the app. It’s modern day slavery. Throw beer, get free almost expired beer and have no to no training or direction from leadership. If you value yourself, don’t apply here. If you just need a job where they don’t care, you don’t have to care much & don’t mind being treated and talked to like a child, this job is for you. Many reviews state how they don’t care or hire individuals with morals, very true. And if you have morals, they will quickly strip those away & show you the “CCD” way. If you absolutely want to throw beer, go with Hensley. Better scheduling for sure. If you do decided on CCD, keep all receipts!!!! You’ll need them when trying to show HR that leadership could care less. Just slang beer & “Bubba will take care of you.” Total boys club & if you aren’t down, they’ll be sure to let you know it. Lastly, a manager gave another employee my employee ID which is connected to a lot within the organization because he didn’t want to talk to me. This individual could’ve clocked in as me or done more. He worked with them for over 3 years without calling out so he was a favorite. Not a supervisor but “one of the guys.” This is how CCD rolls

Very fast unloading . My appointment was 8:00 AM . I checked 7:30 AM . They gave me door right away . I got unload writhing 20 minutes

I loved the crew I worked with! Management is terrible. Week 0 of the covid outbreak i caught the flu and my boss was verbally abusive and blaming me in putting the team in a bind. Shortly after that i had slipped my disc & reported it. I was out over a month and was told they needed to replace me but would have something for me when i was better. I got in a place where i was healthy enough to work. I called to see when i could start back up and they told me i voluntarily quit. The HR lady was erratic and unprofessional. I would never merchandise here ever again. I was in the military and in my opinion, upper management here has zero integrity.

Appointment was at 10am took me in early 2hrs. Very nice people at shipping. Loading time was within 1hr. In and out.

Had appt for 9am rolled in at 7am got a door right away was empty and gone by 8am, guy inside receiving was nice.

My appointment at 6 in morning but I reached one day before I requested to unload my truck they said no it was ok I wait and come again next day 30 minutes before my appointment which was 6 am they give dock at 9 am. I’m leave from here around 12 o’clock. Very bad experience

if you got kegs, could be awhile..2-3hr ishthey have 3 docks on north side of DC. quite tight for sleeper trucks if other docks are full, but doable

Really bad company to work for. Not sure if it was a Covid thing or not but I was trying hard to work my way to sales only to be given zero training and docked pay for mistakes I wasn't even aware I was making because again there was zero training for the beer stocking position I was in. Management were of little to no help, ever.

Very well organized event. Knowledgeable vendors with product samples. Food trucks were amazing. All the Crescent Crown reps were on point.
