Bad service. One of the girls politely asked her if she wanted to cancel a service and she replied that they can't do that there, that she would call customer service and she ignored me without giving me more information and I was in shock if she would help me or not and I had to leave without any result. If I'm the one paying, the only thing I need is help, but anyway, it always happens, it's not the first time and when they see this message they probably don't take customers seriously.
