Ana goes above and beyond for her customers! One of the best encounters we’ve had at a cricket. Went in last minute to purchase multiple phones and she gladly did it even though time ran on after closing time. She helped us get everything transferred over. We appreciate her!

I went to get a copy of my payment transactions. This was the second place I visited, and both places had the same issue with their printer not working.the lady at this second place, she straight up told us to leave the store and said she wouldn't help because i said I can’t believe in two crickets I can’t get a copy in two different cricket stores . I've been going to this location for 7 years and recently the customer service has gone downhill. Just recently I had a family member go in for an upgrade only to be sent out with an application. Never did I ever get an application just a 30-1hr wait for an upgrade. As for me I called in for service which the lady answered said her opening line and once I said what I needed she hung up immediately.

Been coming to this store for a while and it’s always a great experience! All the girls are so helpful, especially Ana! Also, I appreciate them being bilingual for my dad because he only speaks Spanish.
