Don’t close the damn store before 7pm - as you advertise on your website, door, and everywhere else. Closing early like this is frustrating as I work late, and I am depending on you honoring your displayed hours of operation. Just because there may be no one in your store 15 minutes before you close, doesn’t mean you should lock the doors. Be better!

I'd give you zero stars if I could. They run specials on phones they don't have in stock. They post 1 employee at this location and just let the line build up. Absolute garbage, stay away from this locatation.

I went in thinking that I was about to price out maybe getting upgrade on the phone and the service was so good and it feels so impressive that I ended up the next upgrade which I'm happy with it. Girl behind the counter was so nice and he's doing I was in and out of that place 15 maybe 20 minutes with a new phone. Good place to get a phoneUpdate:I went in today to buy a new case for my phone that I purchased a year ago. The phone is still like new but the case is wrecked. Danitza T. the clerk at the counter found me a perfect case, mounted the protective screen, and was so kind and helpful during the whole process that I found I needed to give the new location a shout out: good job all of you at Cricket Riverview and thank you Danitza.

When I last bought a phone here at the Cricket at Mesa Riverview, I'm afraid the service was very poor. I wasn't permitted to swap my phone in within the seven days allotted, even though the contract I signed clearly provided for returns within seven days. I brought it in when I did because I was busy at work before then, and was counting on returning it, because it hadn't worked well from Day 1. Unfortunately, even after reaching out to support and calling for many weeks, they consistently gave me the cold shoulder. I've since enrolled in law school, and in the past two years have learned that what they did was illegal, but I didn't know what to do at the time. $150 was a lot of money for me then--it still is, really. It was tough to waste that money.

Cricket needs to do better with long time customers hardly ever any loyalty deals on phones and phones usually only last a year that's kinda sad. I have had to purchase a phone every year for past five years . I been customer since 2013 we in 2021 going on 2022 I never get a deal on nothing nor even paying my bill ... They could offer something like you been a customer for more than 3 years get 90 days free phone service. But of course No you gets no deals

Poor customer service. Purchased a charger and tried to take it back the same day because I realized I didn't need it. They would not accept the return. The box was unopened. Online states they accept returns within 7 days, but they wouldn't.

They don't take good care of their customers here... it's kind of messed up. I stopped in this past Friday, and a gentleman was asking to swap out his new phone because it was slow. It was so strange, the girl at the counter agreed that he was allowed seven days to return it, and he came in on the seventh day, but she says there was nothing she could do... The gentleman was real polite, too. She wouldn't let him ask a manager about it, because she "couldn't give out people's contact information"... smh. He wasn't even demanding his money back, just wanted a working phone. The girl said his phone was in perfect condition, but he couldn't swap it, and apparently there is no way to use it with a different provider for six months because he doesn't own the phone yet. They didn't tell me that when I went in!It looks like the nice fellow made a comment on here too - his name was David. I definitely won't be shopping with Cricket until he comments to say they took care of him.

EDIT: I have reached out to Cricket central, and unfortunately so far it appears that the owner hasn't done anything to follow up, although he commented to say he would "forward this up". The local Cricket store owner has the prerogative to help out customers who need a return in a situation like this. Cricket national say it's not their prerogative, because it's up to the local franchise.
