Everytime I go there it's a different story... they don't communicate well. One moment I'm all good and then somehow, getting new phone in few cents off so it turned off my phone. And told of a deal then told I can get it if cancel new line in time and call within few days after manager said week.. so instead a few days and was already to late tho was less then a week? @@ they rotate people so much you can be lied to by several people in one month. But few ladies there were nice but what they said didn't follow thru so 2 because one they were nice....

I’ve been in that store 3 times my phone is locked and I didn’t put code/pass word. They are too busy on their phone. The young girl an asked me for my number I gave her the wrong number by mistake. She pretends to put my number in the computer Then tells me I need to let the phone die What does that mean????

THEY Wouldn't RESET set my cellphone from the network... STATING THAT I HAD TO HAVE THE PHONE FOR 6 MONTHS AND CONTINUE THE PLAN, THERE IS NO CONTRACT, EVEN THOUGH I PAID CASH FOR MY CELL. THATS THEIR WAY OF KEEPING CUSTOMERS AGAINST THEIR WILLDO NOT GO THERE.... THEY ARE A RIP OFF. NOW I'M STUCK WITH A PHONE THATS PAID FOR WITH NOO SERVICE. ??

Super disappointing that cricket does not offer upgrades or any discounts for customers that have been there three years. I went into the store today to see if there was any upgrades or discounts I could get as I’ve been a customer for over three years and my iPhone is now old and running very slow. The girl that I spoke to seem clueless and can you give me really any information except that they don’t have any upgrades for current customers. Kind of strange. How do you expect to keep your current customers if you don’t offer anything to them after their loyalty to your company? I will definitely be shopping around for a new phone service

I bought a phone from a wonderful Gentleman name James today..I just want to say how helpful and positive he made my experience. I don't know much about technology and he made it very easy to make a purchase..He made the experience memorable and made my whole day..I will continue to go to that store if I need another upgrade just because of him and I live in Santanvalley so it's big compliment..So I recommend anyone who is not tech savvy or just appreciates amazing customer service to come to this store and ask for James to help you..Thank you James for wonderful experience sending blessings your way!!

Great experience last night Pauline and James were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Pretty much seamless experience. These two worked great as a team...I was in and out of there quickly and I'd definitely recommend this store...have not had the best experiences with cricket and was considering switching carriers, but these two made me a believer again Good customer service makes a huge difference!!!
