Watch out for the fine print! What started out as a very good experience deteriorated after a few months due to surprise price hikes. The manager Journey was super helpful and knowlegeable about the processes and efficiently got us into our 3 storage units. We were very happy. After a few monts, we returned 2 of the units and retained one small 5x5 unit at a fair price. About 3 months later, they nearly doubled the price without notification. We stopped by to ask her why and she said we should have received a postcard telling us the price increased. We received no such post card. Although she attempted to fight with corporate to restore our rate, negotiations failed and we emptied the unit and closed out business with them. They said we signed something allowing them to jack up the price any time they please. We can find no record of that nor do we recall that being explained to us. Buyer beware!

We've been pleased with our space here. We started renting when it had different owners. The price has increased quite a bit but it's still a good value.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend fantastic service in and out no more than 10 minutes to look at a unit and sign up and rates are pretty pretty good

Love my storage unit !! Journey found me the perfect unit - size and location. It has been so nice to reclaim my closets and underbed and Sooo easy to access what’s in storage.

I had 2 units with them and had to close 1. They made the process simple and easy! Would for sure rent from them again, and still do have a unit with them. As they have made things easy to communicate and no hassle. Love it!
