I have two units because I’m
Moving and it was pretty easy getting one close to my previous unit. The first agent was rude and told me to call back the property because they were closed. I called the second time and was thankfully helped by an agent who not only gave me prices but I booked it and called in the morning to get one close to unit then paid for it all online. I have rented before at other places and sometimes it’s cheaper by completing online. The first agent said call back and refused to even get me ballpark amounts. The second agent was great !!

I liked the process of filling out a online application to get into my storage with actually not having to have a go between.
I was able to pay for size I wanted and head straight to my spot and unload my belongings.
Great staff to help if you have questions.

They were so helpful and accommodating! Very prompt and the location is extremely convenient for gaining access to my things when I need, while not having to keep them at the house. I would recommend their service, location and facility.

I was able to reserve a unit online. There was an option to complete everything online but since i already have renters insurance and my own lock i completed the paperwork in person. Nick was friendly while helping me and made sure that my code worked & that i knew where my unit was located. Would highly recommend them

Horrible experience, they kept having me tap my card because it didn’t go through just for them to charge me multiple times and were rude about it.

My belongings were stolen from here shortly after purchasing a unit and they STILL have yet to tell me what happened. We've been continously calling for updates and not one has returned our call. We stayed a whole other year waiting for something and still nothing was done so finally decided to go elsewhere. So don't go come here or you'll lose you're things and they won't care. Pictures of how we stored our things to how they left our things in shambles.

Rented for one day was a guy jumpi g over the top of the units takeing stuff from the units next to his so didn't feel safe leaving my things there as mine was just a couple units from his no one on property that lives or works there expect to stop in for 30 min a day if that no camaras inside the climate controlled areas Managed by a office down the street a mile or 2. Staff was not understanding I asked for a refund and was told no I tried to explain but could only get a refund for the lock because it was unused I moved my things out the day after I paid 106.00 for that months rent insurence and admin fees. And that's with them advertising first month free that's just a lie to get u to their website. Do not rent at this location watch ur things if u do rent here people are going over the sides getting into units takeing what they want it is not a safe place for your things.

These folks were kind and attentive, gave me a fair rate… no a great rate on a full sized unit and now my classic vehicle is safely enclosed under lock and key and camera! Chad and Fanci were excellent in every aspect! I’m so relieved! So grateful my “bestie” referred me to this facility! Chad scanned available units until he found one I could enter directly as my old vehicle predates power steering! Love y’all!!!! Thank you!!!!
