“Great storage place and great people!”
I’ve had my 5x10 unit here for about four months now, and I’m super happy with it. The place is always clean, easy to get in and out of, and I’ve never had any issues. The staff here are awesome — always friendly and willing to help if you need anything.
The location is super convenient for me, and I feel good knowing my stuff is safe. The unit is the perfect size for what I need, and the price is fair for the quality and service you get.
Honestly, if you need storage in Mesa, I’d definitely recommend this CubeSmart.

Avoid cube smart. Employees that worked there broken into my storage until and stole everything. Cube smart management has refused to turn over any surveillance footage to law enforcement. Avoid this company at all costs!

After going up and down country club and Alma School and visiting four other storage units.... I started becoming stressed because all these four places had no person and the office everything was digital! Then I went back down country club going south and I saw CubeSmart and I pulled in! As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, a very nice woman came out and greeted me from the office...I was very relieved more than you know!!! I then went into the office and sat down with this very nice woman I come to find out that her name is Cierra.... She explained everything to me in great detail printing my documents out and even took me on the golf cart to look at units which I thought was very hospitable! This is the type of customer service that touches my heart for sure I tell you.... The process to get my unit was very quick and efficient... Within 10 minutes I had all the documents and everything paid for... If you guys were in a pickle like I was and looking for a very clean respectable place to store your belongings I would really choose this place! I'm so happy and this is definitely the place to trust for sure!
