The pharmacy has steadily gone downhill in terms of service in the last year. It pains me to say I am moving my prescriptions to their leading competitor tomorrow.

Called to try and ask “is it at all possible to pickup earlier?” Was cutoff mid question and bluntly told that it was not and that “we’re a 24-hr pharmacy so everyone needs their medicine as soon as possible”. Would have appreciated a more considerate response and not being cut off.

I was thrilled that CVS was open 24/7 until I actually started using their pharmacy etc . .. for one, every time I have to call, I'm on hold at the least 15 min. I never do talk to anyone because they do not bother picking the phone up. Second, the customer service at the front of the store absolutely sucks. Rude as ever... Not helpful... Impatient... And typically they do not know their head from a hole in the wall. The pharmacy staff are usually friendly. I don't know what's going on these days but nobody wants to work or help customers. They forget that it's because of us that they have a paycheck!!!!

Investigate and administer justice to the staff at the pharmacy. They should all be fired. Negligent as well as unprofessional. Who is running this store and hiring these mental giants?

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I just moved here, my first prescription being filled here. The lady working the front counter is by far the rudest person I've encountered. Will not be coming back

Prescription was filled easily and quickly after I called it in and spoke with pharmacy staff. I needed to get 2 months and paid out of pocket to get it. I'm traveling and wanted it before I left.

Poor service, orders wrong on multiple occasions. Been with them for 16 years. Shame on me for trying to think they will change. You have been warned. Shame on you if you don't listen to my advice.

CVS at Greenfield and Southern.Sierra made the pharmacy experience really hard for us. Sierra was rude to us in the pharmacy and over the phone. At the pharmacy saw her being rude to an older gentleman too. I usually never submit surveys or write reviews but wanted to make sure management knows about this and also patients/customers should not be treated rude by the employees.

Been coming here for years and using this pharmacy with almost no issue. Just called to ask about a delayed prescription and was constantly cut off, given a generic answer that was not fully related to my question and then hung up on while trying to ask for more clarification on what he said as he mumbled through it in the first place. I'll get a name tomorrow. The staff here is great minus whichever guy is answering the phone representing them but that was just rude and so dismissive. If he turns out to be the main pharmacist, I will gladly go somewhere else.

If you're calling in with a question about your medication, be prepared to hear them talk badly about you while they think you're on hold. I didn't realize a simple two minute phone call for my infants prescription could be so triggering for someone.

Prescription called in early AM. By mid evening and no notification I try to call them. After endless run around by their clueless computer voice they transfer me to the pharmacy. At which point I spend forever on hold and nobody ever picks up the phone. Par for the course as they more often than not fill the prescription incorrectly. I honestly feel CVS employees go through incompetence training because they have that down.Tomorrow morning I'll have to call the doc to fill my emergency pain meds at a different pharmacy. Avoid CVS like the plague!

NEGATIVE STARS. Christina is right....this IS the most UNCARING and cold-hearted pharmacy I have ever been to.Nathanael M. is right...you WOULD THINK THEY ARE GOVERNMENT RAN.Aly is right....the employees are abnormally aggressive.Paige is correct too....NOT once have I ever had a non-rude interaction. How dare they put someone who has had brain surgery through unnecessary added stress.LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS1) The worker at the front didn't even acknowledge ANY customers. In fact, when she saw me she put her closed sign up and walked away ignoring me.2) I was in line at the pharmacy with 3 people behind me. The "manager" (if that's what you want to call her) walks by all of us and starts opening the register....I'm assuming to close it.NOT ONCE did she even acknowledge any customers existence. The correct way to handle the situation is to acknowledge the customers by saying..."Hello, someone will be with you shortly"....and walk away. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. A monkey could do a better job at managing this place....literally.Then after several minutes a pharmacy worker comes up and stares at me. Doesn't say... "Hi, how can I help you" NOTHING....just a stare. So I guess you hire mute people only???The prescription was not ready so I decided to wait in my car. I get outside an realize I left my keys inside.I go back within 1 minute and ask them for my keys....again I am met with a stare. No words, no communication just a stare. Thankfully a CUSTOMER answers...."They put your keys behind the desk"So basically a customer knows more about the functioning of the store then any actual employee does. RIDICULOUS!I hope the every rude employee gets brain cancer and has to be treated like they treated Paige when she needed her meds.SHAME ON YOU!

Mikaya at the pharmacy drive through window is always so nice and this location is such a great location for shopping as well.
