I'm only giving a one star because there is not a choice for a 0 star. This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever done business with. The pharmacist does not care about getting the medications to their patients at all. My husband is dealing with post-op cancer pain and they actually forgot to order it. This was November 1st. Today November 2 he was told that they FORGOT to order it and/ or they are out of the medications he needs for pain ...BUT he is unable to get it from the CVS who has it on stock because it's a narcotic pain med and can't be transferred. Now, when we call to get the information about when he can pick it up, the computer stated that he won't be able to pick it up until November 7th. That is 5 days away. He is under going a procedure tomorrow related to his cancer dx and now he will be without the pain medication that he needs for this procedure. We will NEVER walk into this pharmacy again and l will put this review anywhere that takes reviews. This is the CVS on McKellips and Stapley in Mesa AZ.

CVS on McKellips and Stapley is one of the best CVS is that I’ve had experience with extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help a patient and they do take time with understanding your concerns..

Pharmacist Bobby was so wonderful! He was patient, kind and very helpful. My insurance was being difficult re a vacation override and he was very helpful in assisting me to resolve. I am very grateful!!! Thanks Bobby....you made a frustrating situation get fixed.

I have used a few pharmacy's since moving into town and this CVS is my favorite. They haven't lost my prescription, it is usually filled very quickly and they tell me if it is out of stock. There is sometimes a long wait at the window, but I think that is more of a reflection of them being understaffed. The workers I have interacted with are working super hard and friendly.

Agree with the other person who said they never fail to get something wrong. Honestly It took them 9 months to get my prescriptions right. I’m only giving them 2 stars because they did finally get it right. Every single month, without fail, some bull horse.

On their best days, there is a long line almost any time of the day I show up. On worst days, I have to wait multiple days for a simple antibiotic to be filled and that long line turns into a 30 minute ordeal. Everyone has been friendly and helpful when I get ahold of someone on the phone, but everything just does not seem efficient. I will be switching pharmacies.

Their VRU sucks!! It is the hold from Hell!! They give all kinds of unnecessary information and then after choosing what you think will get you to a real person, you’re transferred to a Prescriber line!!! SO frustrating!! I need to talk to an actual person to resolve my issue! If I could give zero stars I would!! **Update - I finally went to the CVS that had my prescription in person, they were very helpful and friendly. It’s too bad they can’t figure out better customer service online or through phone contact.

Pharmacy: Their hours of operation have been shrunk so low it doesn't even make sense.And anytime you ask them to cancel a prescription, don't expect it to be canceled. They will keep refilling it every month.

I have been to this location a handful of times and they are always so slow. I never write reviews but they are so bad others need to know. I got a message my prescription was ready when I came to pick it up they said it's not available. This is my third time coming back from "it's not available" yet I get a a message it's ready each time.

Who ever answered the phone on 5-8-22 has the worst customer service on the phone. She transferred my call mid sentence and honestly sounded like she hated her job. Get a better attitude please. I was just trying to get some assistance.

Every time I try to call. I'm always on hold for an hour or they mess up in my orders. I can't go in person, I recently had foot surgery. I've been trying to get a prescription since last month march . I have constantly refilled that prescription and no one seemed to acknowledge that it wasn't in stock by the employees . I also get a message saying "they want to change my prescription". Obviously my doctor didn't approve it, but they still kept my prescription "refil" or "on hold", "in process ". I finally get a hold of someone YESTERDAY (5/5/22), which by the way he was very rude and he's the only guy with an accent so I know who he is. he told me that my prescription has been out for a whole month. I don't know why I didn't receive a call being told if I can get this prescription filled somewhere else(which is part of their job) even the guy said "I dont know why you didn't receive a call, that's not my problem" So the guy didn't reassure me he was going to order it and receive it, he said he'll figure it out BUT NEVER DID. I haven't seen any updates on my prescription I have been calling nonstop ALL THIS WEEK and no one answers. So I don't know how I can transfer this prescription or get a hold of someone TO TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTION because no one is doing their job at this location! I can't even do it online because the prescription ISNT AVAILABLE TO TRANSFER !! that i need to call the store to talk to a pharmacist. WELL THATS EXACTLY WHAT IVE BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST MONTTTHHHH!!!!!

My 84 yr Uncle and Aunt went for their scheduled Covid Booster Shot at McKellips Rd for 10 and 10:30 today, (1/5/22) and the Lady at the pharmacy there was rude and nasty, indicating they were not in their system for the booster shots. She wouldn't even assist them. CVS at another location had set up the appointment for them and my Aunt and Uncle had gotten a reminder about the appointment today. The woman was laughing at them as they left. My Aunt and Uncle went to another CVS who looked up the appointment and low and behold they were in the system. CVS if this is the only type of people you can then you should not be in business. To the RUDE WOMAN, KARMA.. that's all i will say to you.

Whenever I go through drive through it seems that one lane is always closed without being marked closed it's frustrating when you wait in line and then they tell you you can't pick up your prescription from that lane and you have to get back into the back of the line again please stop being lazy and just put a sign out there or something it's not that difficult to do. Customer service is definitely lacking at this CVS pharmacy.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. This location is failing in every aspect. Horrible customer service. Employees and management are rude and disrespectful. Go to another CVS if you have to go to CVS at all.
