they don't answer the phone anymore. sat waiting for 20 minutes just to see what happened and no one bothered. this location fell off the deep end. don't bother filling here if you actually need your medication in a timely manner. they aren't interested in fixing their systemic issues

I go to urgent care on the corner in the morning the doctor calls in the 3 scripts I don't get the cough medicine cause the said they were out of it and to comeback the next day to get it... I have another doctors appointment at noon more scripts are called in I ho to the pharmacy at 6:00pm 6-7 hrs later and my scripts aren't even filled.. by this time iam alittle upset because the pharmacist told me to comeback the next day to begin with.... after I say no u had time to fill my scripts the guy behind the counter says mam were 4 days behind.. go talk to the store manager... I wind up going up the store manager says I don't know why there so far behind the drive thru is closed.... that is so unprofessional to tell someone were 4 days behind so I can't fill your meds... they need to fire that pharmacist because he represents cvs I take my business elsewhere heard its been like this for 2 yrs now every cvs.. I rather go to walgreens where they have proper customer service..

Pharmacy staff is helpful at Val Vista pahmacy not at Staples and Mckellips. The pharmacy is rude and unhelpful and unprofessional

Dear CVS, I am taking my business somewhere else. Every time I come here I drive-through only to see the drive-through is closed and I have to park and walk in. This is extremely inconvenient if you’re sick. I go inside and there’s three people working and nobody waiting in line but you can’t open the window. I let it slide for the last year and a half but at this point it’s just ridiculous and I’m leaving.

For over a year they've been short staffed. They lost an entire pharmacy department at once. Next day all the familiar faces were gone and now they have new with fewer people. Over a year ago I asked what happened they said they couldn't find pharmacists or assistants. Many people standing in line said it was an ongoing problem and they were going to switch pharmacies. Still today they are short staffed and it takes forever to get meds. I think management along with CVS is the problem!

I called my pharmacy to check my status on my script, it was 6:30, my doctor had called it in that morning, they had not filled it yet but told me they could fill it for pickup until 9pm. 8:30 rolled around and I had still not gotten a text that it was ready, I ALWAYS get a text when it's ready, so I cruised over to see what was up, and sure as shit they're closed. I had the phone on speaker when I'd spoken to her, and the 3 other ppl in the room verified that I'm not crazy, she DEFINITELY said that I could pickup till 9pm, I guess they decided to go home early, or she told me the wrong time. But I guess I won't sleep tonight since this is my sleep meds, and I'm pretty pissed. Even more frustrating that my script is ready, when I call it says it's ready for pickup, I would have been happy to come earlier had I known it was ready. so I drove to the 24 hour CVS, but they will not fill it for me.

Store use to be good, new management in the past year has made it fall to crap. They got rid of there two strongest people. Amanda and Cameron. Called Amanda's new store to find out she was let go from that store. Will be transferring till they get better employees and a better manager.

This was my first time ever visiting this location of CVS . However, it was an amazingly great experience. First off, the parking lot is very clean and there's covered parking. Which when it is 108° outside is a major plus to have. The store is clean and well laid out. One of the girls working, I believe her name was Emily ,was incredibly helpful. She was able to answer my questions about a certain product on the CVS website. As well as understood how the CVS issued coupons work . Yeah and Yeah! Went in there and got everything I needed. Got out quickly, and to a nice shaded vehicle

Wanted to update that still my prescriptions have never been ready on time. Every single time they say to come back in 15 minutes. I have never had this issue at other locations. Will be switching to a different cvs

This place sucks. I dropped off my prescription at 7. They said an hour so I showed up in an hour. I have pneumonia, and the flu. They have had me waiting for 30+ mins now in person, after they told me it'd be ready. I have asked them to expedite the prescription due to me yacking all over the lobby, and they made me wait another 20 mins. Use a different pharmacy if you can.
