The automated system is horrendous. There is no option to speak with anyone. I was told to call and check the status of my prescription by the pharmacist and yet there is no option to actually complete this task because the automated system doesn't understand the prescription name

CVS is and always has been my choice for my medications. The pharmacist explains my medication in detail and how to properly take it. I have been a loyal CVS customer for years.

I live by this CVS and it always never had any customers, however I went in on 05/11/2025 and the 2 people working there made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by even being there, one ignored me and the other had a terrible attitude. So I will not be going to CVs anymore, Walgreens employees are way nicer.

Shout out to the person named Paula Pierrat, lady you should understand that your are in the field of customer service. The way you treated me today is very unacceptable, you talked to me like Iam a moron kid just because it's almost 2pm and you wanted to go home. Rude.. My concern is very ligitimate. I came on time, checked in, you poked my arm for tb skin test, i paid, you printed my receipt, you printed the paperwork for the TB test, you place your name as the provider but you did not sign it reason why I came back to ask and you treated me nasty. Shame in you lady.

Amazing Experience! The provider was Ms Tiffany. Super personable, kind, helpful, and extremely patient as I had little ones with me. Also, Ms Sara the pharmacist was incredibly kind, understanding, and gave me hope in my personal life! Great women supporting women! Loved my experience here. Also another woman helped me who was lovely but I’m sorry didn’t catch her name.
