I don't like what I'm hearing about the new Pharmacist running the show down there. I've been going here for 20+ years and been througha few. This guy seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Anyone else have problems or inconsistencies with this guy. Sounds like "HE" needs to go to another store. Heads up CVS, watch this guy.

I recently had a serious problem with my Medicare Part D pharmacy provider. This team worked really hard for me to solve the problem which was caused by my Wellcare PDP Part D insurance. The pharmacy's efforts saved me thousands of dollars for one of my prescriptions. Like many medical professionals, the pharmacy is short staffed but helped with great attitudes and effort. I am so appreciative. I think corporate CVS should fix the staffing problem or burnout will hurt the business.

Sitting in the drive thru and they close it as I get to the window. I understand about staff shortages but they should’ve put cones up so people can’t get in line. The. Told to come inside to pick up my prescriptions. WTH.

The pharmacy is terrible, the speed, the accuracy or lack there of. The staff is chit chatty with lines both inside and drive through. Wait time was over 35 minutes on my second visit after they said come back in an hour and I gave them 4. If Employees are on break (unconfirmed) they do not need to be on the floor distracting other employees. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. CVS integrity and punctuality should be a requirement in the pharmaceutical world and you neither.Update: it was recommended to go around the drive thru a 2nd time I proceeded made it back to the window and now I am parked and inside the store. RX still not ready. My 2nd visit today and followed two recommendations and the visit has been beyond a hour.

Every time I come to get a prescription filled the people behind the counter stand around and visit and take forever to help you.They act like they could care less about customer service.

Dear CVS: Pharmacist Charlee doesn't belong in customer service. She seemingly hates people and her job. We shouldn't have to talk to someone so rude when trying to figure out why it has taken over two weeks to get an Rx filled. She is a poor representation of your brand.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone and even when in the store itself they are not helpful. Go somewhere else.

Pharmacy was supposed to open at 8:00am. At 8:30 Pharmacy was still closed. Lots people waiting. I left and had meds sent to another location.

this is the worst place to ever try and get a prescription filled. They never have enough help in the store and you always end up waiting forever for prescriptions that have been called in hours ahead of time. don't go here. find another place to get your medicine. Don't try to call they don't answer the phone and the drive thru is never open properly.

Go to a different CVS or different pharmacy all together. They never have the drive thru open, close early, you can never get anyone on the phone, the line inside is always at least 15 minutes usually a lot more. If you just have to refill your prescriptions you might be okay but if you have a problem with a prescription you will have to go through crazy hoops to get it filled. One day I was there for an hour just picking up a prescription and trying to see if a prior authorization went through.
