The pharmacy is always short staffed. The pharmacist doesn’t have enough time in the day to tend to all of his responsibilities. He’s doing consults, giving shots, going to the drive thru, filling scripts. It seems corporate greed won’t allow them the amount of staff they need. Always a wait, staff are polite but my time is more valuable to me then CVS saving money to understaff the location.

Worst customer service; Pharmacy closed for lunch whenever I try to pick up prescriptions. Prices ridiculous on other goods.

We purchased a banner for my son’s basic training graduation (Air Force) and it was ready early in the morning. The staff there was incredibly helpful and they did an amazing job for such a low cost. Awesome place and experience!

This has to be the worst pharmacy, CVS ever cannot get a hold of a Pharmacist and prescription that my kid needs they do not have it. No one works on your behalf to make sure you get your prescription. No call backs. No update. No text message and saying your prescription is ready. This pharmacy at the CVS definitely needs to work on communication and checking their updates and incoming prescriptions. Calling the doctor’s office to see if they submit the prescription and they already had and it’s just the Pharmacy CVS cannot get a hold of anybody.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Registers are always broken, 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get through three cars. Pharmacists are rude and not helpful or wanting to answer any questions. Just a bad experience every time I go there. Will be changing back to Walgreens

The CVS employees at other Mesa locations are friendly and helpful; however, not the case at this location.
-I've called at least 10 times to try to get through to the pharmacy, and the phone system does not respond to typing in or speaking your response.
-I finally got through to a store employee clerk but she was rude and rushed me off the phone. She said she couldn't transfer my call to the pharmacy, and I would have to use their automated phone system (that doesn't work).
-The last time I picked up my prescription, it was close to closing time and when I asked the pharmacy technician a question she made a comment that they were closing in a few minutes. She was annoyed that I was infringing on the last few minutes of her shift.
-I've been trying to transfer my prescription from this CVS elsewhere because I'm tired of dealing with the lack of customer service here; my new pharmacy has reached out to this location twice to get my prescription transferred and they have not heard back.
Let me save you the headache - just steer clear of here! There are other places that have much better service.

So this morning, my son and I visit the CVS on E. Brown Rd. and head to the ATM machine. While at the ATM machine the elderly worker began giving uncomfortable stares at us and continued throughout the store. So I end my trip early through the store and head to the counter to pay for my SRP. The elderly woman then begins to look me up and down and stares as I head to the counter. With attitude says “what can I help you with?” I then say I am here to put money on my SRP. She proceeds to help me and then went I want to hand her the money she snatched it on my hand and threw it on the counter, the cameras will prove that easily . I only did not say anything because I had my child with me, but this is totally unacceptable and blatant discrimination. This experience was not pleasant and something needs to be done.

This has to be the worst, least efficient, least communicative pharmacy in AZ! Had oral surgery and needed some pain meds and antibiotics and dropped off at 9am. They said probably a couple hours but they would text. Never got a text. I came back in the evening and they were out of the antibiotic, but in the 10 hours since I dropped off no one let me know. I went in and picked up the pain meds and asked for the the prescription for the antibiotic and they apparently could not find it. So they supposedly transferred via computer to another CVS—of course the other CVS never did receive it. What a joke. Never again.

My opthalmologist said the pharmacist would help me find an over the medication needed for my post-operative recovery. Not true. The pharmacist pointed down an aisle indicating I should look down there and that is all the help they were going to give.

Terrible service, never even checked the voicemail and provider called in 2 hrs before we got there and still had to wait and hr and they helped like 6 people ahead of us. Don’t recommend this location at all.

First off I came to pick up my prescription yesterday , i went inside first because i had to use the restroom so figured i could just pickup in there , was waiting behind this gentleman who hadn’t been helped yet , they tell him it’ll be a second , he says no worries 10 minutes pass and he still isn’t helped , so i decide to have my fiance drive me around the drive thru just to make it easier on us , again behind one car , i arrived at 3:10 and had to back out at 3:40pm because that one vehicle in front of me still hadn’t been helped yet, and 4 cars were behind us , it was no big deal my medicine to last me one more day yesterday so i could go and pick it up today on my way home from work , today i go perfect no one is in the drive thru line , so we pull up but now there whole computer system is down so they can’t give me my prescription, really ridiculous considering people need prescriptions for life threating conditions , that isn’t my case thankfully i can wait another day but super disappointing.

My experience at CVS was exceptional. I could not find eyeglass cleaner and was ready to check out. A team member offered to help me and actually delivered the item to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My prescriptions have been ready for three days, today I come to pick them up at 3:15 PM. There’s four employees working, as I sat in my vehicle, one employee saw me then disappeared into the back, then the other three started helping people inside the store even though acknowledging that I’m there in the line waiting. I hit the call button twice, but instead, I was given confused looks like I wasn’t supposed to even be here. They let me sit there another 15 minutes, so by that time I’ve already been here for an hour. When the lady approached the window, she started giving me excuses about why they’re taking so long and she started arguing with me When I asked, why does it take so long when there’s four people working. The way I was treated at the window, and I sat there for well over an hour when it should only take 15 minutes maximum per car. I will never ever recommend this location to anyone I know.
