I came to CV s to get augmented for my daughter.Who was in the last night very ill with strep throat and an abccess and the pharmacy team was gonna send me away saying they couldn't get it. They didn't know when they were gonna get it in. When Sarah the pharmacist heard this, she came to my aid and quickly called the hospital and got this handled right away. She is an asset to CVS.

I know pharmacy services can sometimes face delays given how high the demand for medication is, but I want to focus on the positive side of my experience at this CVS. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by three smiling faces—Kelly, Kerra, and Taralle—who immediately made me feel welcomed and important. They even included me in a lighthearted conversation they were having, which truly brightened my day.
It’s rare to see employees so genuinely happy at work, and when I do, I believe it deserves recognition. These three are some of the most amazing, uplifting employees I’ve ever met. Their positive energy is exactly what makes me want to keep coming back as a customer. Keep it up!

Requested prescription, was told they didn’t have medication in stock. Requested prescription transfer, was told they in fact did have and would be ready in an hour. Called 3 hours later and was told it was put on hold because of cost(no one from CVS contacted me about this). Told them to fill it anyways. Went to pick up and was told they didn’t have in stock…. Asked Doug the Pharmacy manager for an explanation, big mistake. He repeatedly interrupted me. Wouldn’t listen. When I asked him to stop interrupting me, he sarcastically started saying “ I didn’t interrupt you, you interrupted me.” He was acting like a toddler. He offered no apology or explanation for the delay. Doug the pharmacy manager was being intentionally sarcastic and unhelpful. No professionalism from this pharmacy.

You can no longer get through to a pharmacist. You have to leave a message no other options. If you try it just hangs up on you. Going to switch my prescriptions to somewhere that I can actually get a hold of.

I went to drop off a prescription at the drive thru, the lady said I had to do it inside. I asked when that changed and why(I had waited 3 cars). And she says we have to verify info, I said nothing changed and this is where I always drop off, she said you just have to do it inside. Okay, I come inside and before I get to the window there is a guy that says “ I changed the policy when I became manager, if you have a problem take it up with me.” I instantly got defensive cause I came inside to drop it off, you were looking to start an argument! I told him to back off with his tone and just fill the Rx, I then said it be nice to have a sign out there though so that I wouldn’t have waited. He then said he doesn’t have to do a sign, it’s his pharmacy to do what he wants. I rolled my eyes and said just fill the Rx and stop with the attitude. His response was “shut your mouth or I won’t fill your Rx” me: excuse me!!! He says I’m not filling it and pushes the paper at me. I push it back and motion with me hand go -ahead and I have lips visibly locked showing I’m not saying anything. He pushes it back, I push again, and it goes on the floor. He says look at that now you don’t get it back. I respond, you have to give it back or fill it!! He then called the manager of the store, I told how he acted and came at me with an aggressive tone, and what he said. She said she could not make him fill it. I then said, then he needs to give it back, he goes she threw it at me, I interrupt and say no I pushed it back and you refuse to give it to me now. She tells him to give me the Rx, in which he hands to her. So I start to leave and I say I want your name cause I’m going to corporate. He said “it’s on my shirt, easy to read!” I was like see!! Right there! That attitude and condescending jerk!! (I’ll admit I said prick). Frye, not sure how long he had been manager but he sure wants you to know and should be removed!!!

Been waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone for over 30 mins. I can't refill my rx via app/online and I'm calling during operating hours. Why is no one picking up?

Grossed out the pharmacist yelled at a young Hispanic man who had tattoos and stuff but that doesn't mean he needs to break his character and stop being professional but he spoke down to me. I'm mentally disabled. And he was screaming at me and threatened to take me off my spinal cord injury medication. I'm so upset he mad3 me feel like im worthless. Like im trash. He was so rude and violent I've never had this happen ever and I've gone here since it was built. I'm a lifelong member of this community lived on recker since 1987 since Quicktrip was 7 eleven but this man was disgusting. He actually seemed like he was under the influence and I smelled an odor of alcohol on him. I'm not sure how this works but he needs to be checked tested watched. If pills are missing or if something is going on I bet it is this guy who I've never met in my entire life. I told him I'm smi he told me name my meds I told him I don't know the name. He kept screaming tell me the name tell me. I never will fill my medicine here agai. And I personally want to talk to this man outside of work. Because this is far beyond cvs he crossed the line. And I'm not letting it go.

The Pharmacy at this location sucks! There is no type of compassion or care that people are coming there to pick up prescribed medications to treat some type of ailment. First, why would you have someone on hold for over 15 minutes ? then when asked about a prescription you say you don't see anything in a condescending manner. I call back to see if the prescription has been sent and for 25 minutes no one answered the phone!!! Trash!
