This is our first year in AZ for the winter. The staff at this CVS was very helpful in transferring prescriptions. The checkout was super helpful with using our CVS coupons and dollars.
We will make this our “home” CVS while in AZ.

Cashier wouldn’t allow the purchase of Tylenol for a sick child age 4 standing at counter, without something other than a id given by the MVD that states DOB and is an adult! So now Walgreens will get the money since there is never issues there trying to make purchases. Decides to not purchase any of the items so now CVS will never get our money again.

I went on October 3rd for my flu shot and Shingrix, and the pharmacist and technician (Chrissy) did a great job getting me situated! I’ve also heard some patient walking out the store as I was going in that the person who immunized them was good. At first, it didn’t make sense to have such opinion on a quick visit, but oh it does! The male pharmacist explained everything clearly, and Chrissy was wonderful. The whole process was quick and painless. I was a walk-in with three people ahead of me, yet I was out of the pharmacy in less than 15 minutes.
I noticed how efficient the immunizer was — she managed the register and prepared everyone’s shots at the same time. As the line cleared, she started vaccinating right away. It didn’t even matter who had an appointment first because she was so quick and organized that everyone got done immediately. You can really tell she is very experienced! Not to mention, she had to vaccinate 3 kids before me (quick and out!) While she was giving my shot, we were chatting, and before I even realized it, she was finished! She applies the bandage first and cleans the skin in such a smooth way, have to see it to understand how efficient she is. Overall, it was a great experience — very professional! Also, she asks you if you have any questions before the shot, which is nice to be asked.
The following week, I came in on the weekend and had a different person immunize me. This time, the experience wasn’t as good. I’m a very observant person and the female pharmacist on duty was great and welcoming, but the technician administering the shot seemed much slower. The pharmacy wasn’t busy — no lines at the register — yet she didn’t acknowledge or assist a patient who came up to her for a quick check out. She told the patient “we’ll be right with you..” Compared to my previous visit, it is so clear that Chrissy managed to stay efficient and attentive even when the pharmacy was busier. Shot wise, I did feel a slight sting and just hurt when she put the needle in. I definitely felt it. She was quiet and less comforting for a patient who is scared of needles. Everyone is definitely different.
Definitely will be coming back for my pneumonia shot!

I always shop at this CVS because the staff is so nice. Yesterday I was buying items with cash back rewards. The manager was the cashier and found the most cost effective way for me to use the cash back and coupons. With her help, I easily saved over $50.

This location has been nice. I don’t always see the same people but they’re usually always helpful. I came in looking for a bike lock and one of the staff walked me down the isles looking for them.

Staff are constantly being replaced. This morning, I went to get my medicine، one staff member, she was nice and helpful. The other staff member, he was not helpful and very rude. He roughly shut the window in the drive through before I even finished talking with him. There was also a mistake in my medicine prescription, and I was trying to get it fixed.

I shop at this CVS quite often. Today was a nice experience in particular. Met by a very nice associate (Mike) who was patient ( I had a number of coupons) professional and very pleasant.
