This location used to be great but seriously just keeps getting worse and worse every year. All the pharmacists are off site now and they only have techs working in the store. The lights are usually mostly off and it looks like a ghost town/like no one is even working it. Prescriptions are often out of stock and take forever to come in, and they take 4+ hours to fill so if your doctor sends it over midday you probably arent getting it until the next day.
When you call there is no option to talk to a human right away and you can ONLY leave a voicemail and ask for a call back, which is super inconvenient when you work during the hours they're open. When I'm calling it's because I have a specific question and need a human! They also no longer do vaccines at this location. I truly don't even understand why they're still open, they don't seem to have any interest is actually operating a business. Go literally anywhere else to get your prescriptions.

We used to love and appreciate this store until we transferred all of our rx to Safeway which is WAY BETTER ALL THE WAY AROUND... My husband's Dr has this pharmacy on file and sent his new Rx there instead of Safeway.. he went in there to pick it up as well as a few other items in "the pharmacy department" and the girl working today at around 330 on Thurs July 25 is TERRIBLE... new prescription must advise... Nothing.. he asked about a medical product and she said I don't work here I work at the pharmacy he's like this is a pharmacy section isn't it? Total attitude, no help at all, no customer service.. we don't like target in general for several reasons and EVERY SINGLE TIME WE HAVE TO GO THERE WE ARE REMINDED WHY WE DO NOT SHOP THERE... If you HAVE TO DO CVS id recommend the 24 hours location on grnfld and southern, although usually pretty busy their service is way better.

I only use this pharmacy when I visit here in Mesa during the winter months. Most of the time I get great service and sometimes not. I know and understand that a shortage of help can hinder service but having to order my prescriptions can take days to get at times. I am told they have to get them from their warehouse and that’s the problem. Hopefully this will improve in time.

This went from being the best pharmacy to being the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. The new staff are rude, inconsiderate, and slow. They are only there for a paycheck and the patient doesn’t matter to them at all. Stay away from here. There is a standalone CVS within two miles. Go there.

I just went to this CVS 12/15 at 5pm today and the lady mid 50s with long blond hair wearing glasses here was really unhelpful. I asked her that I needed a certain drug and all she said is that “it’s over there on that row”. I repeated I needed to apply it to a sensitive area and she just said “it’s over there”. She looked very annoyed. I did check all the shelves several times and read through all the drugs before I asked her so I’m sure I did not see the one I needed. Please improve customer service skills if you work at a pharmacy as you are responsible to help people who are in need! Went to Walgreens and they did help me better

MAMA BEARS, CVS grooming our children? Selling adult toys next to childrens toys. Put them on your budlight, disney, target, hersheys, amazon traitor joes boycott list. We almost closed the sprouts near me. No one was in it and produce was next to nothing, and then they began to treat people better. This is not okay. People still prefer Customer service, kindness, gratefulness, compassion. There are good people everywhere. Don't let the cultural confusion pressure you, smile at people, give your money to those who aren't going to oppress you with it. . My entire family moved their prescriotions somewhere else.You have power, use it.

Staff very welcoming and friendly . Someone offered their rewards card to another customer who didn't have one and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes as staff were quick to return up front to help check out customers when the line got busy as soon as we got there.
