Specific lady here sucks, the one with the red hair. She clearly doesn’t care at all about others and having that deal with people’s medications is just sad. Luckily i dont need medication ever other than this one time but these places need to stop hiring people that dgaf.

My house burned down in the middle of May... On top of losing every item we owned and two precious members of our family, our dogs, we barely escaped with our lives. After the trauma of ALL OF THAT! Losing my prescriptions and having to get all of that figured out... There are no words to express the stress that out me under. I had to go to this location to get one of my prescriptions filled because it was IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere else, I dealt with Ryan and Rachel here. Words cannot express my gratitude at a time like this to these two employees. Especially considering I dealt with another woman with a thick accent from this location who was UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! I didn't start this review to complain but she needs to know that not only was she impossibly difficult to deal with, she was WRONG about CVS' policies and what she could and couldn't tell me! She insisted that she couldn't tell me whether or not they had a certain medication in stock, that she could ONLY tell the doctor that. Welp! That's not true! Because not only does EVERY OTHER CVS give out that information, this one does too! I understand if the medication is promised to another person, but that WASN'T THE CASE! I feel like coworkers of hers will read this, laugh, and not be remotely surprised that I had this issue with her, but not only could she have given it this info normally, ESPECIALLY after hearing what my situation was, SEE THE FIRST THROUGH THE DAMN TREES! There's a bigger picture going on here! DUH!!!ANYWAY!!! Thank the HEAVENS Ryan came back to work so I could deal with someone who knew how to EFFECTIVELY do his job, and who had some compassion for my freaking circumstances. Rachel too! You two are what ALL CVS employees should arrive to be more like. I was legit ready to move my prescriptions to Walmart after the unnecessary drama I had to deal with through all this, but you two revitalized my faith in the company. You ROCK and definitely deserve some recognition for understanding the importance of the positions you hold. I'll absolutely be back solely because of YOU TWO ALONE! Especially you Ryan. Thanks a million... Because you made LITERALLY the hardest time in my entire life, just a little bit easier. And with that, I've started to cry and I'll end this. Thanks again. ?

This is very unfortunately the closest CVS to my house. I have never once been treating with respect here, staff will refuse to answer questions about prescriptions or help with Covid testing. Go to literally anywhere else for better service, I’m not joking I’ve had several techs and pharmacists be absolutely terrible to me

My wife went to the doctor on Thursday the 22nd for a persistent cough and was prescribed for something like "promethazine with Codiene". After waiting a few hours for a response she called the pharmacy close to us and was on hold for a good 10 minutes or better before someone finally answered. They said CVS doesn't carry this product as it is prone to abuse (controlled substance). Now who decides whether it's controlled (or not) that if a doctor writes the prescription (and if asked confirms it) to deny a patient that? Who are they to say about abuse of a product or substance? They stopped selling tobacco products but they still sell alcohol, isn't that an "abused substance"? We are done shopping at this store, it's run down, their parking lot is usually full of trash but wait, they did upgrade their store in putting in 2 "self check outs" so there one register behind the counter doesn't have to be used. Pathetic, go to another pharmacy, avoid CVS.

Are you a fan on waiting on hold for 22 minutes just to ask a question? Only for them not to answer so you try to call back and wait on hold for another 12 minutes... just for no one to answer? Then this is the cvs for you!!

It’s a lot better than the Rittenhouse Target/CVS, where they make you feel like a criminal. It’s awful!! The pharmacist at this location on Power actually listened to me, helped me with out being judgmental and was actually kind. I’ve used 2 pharmacies since moving to Arizona and I play by the rules. I deserve to be treated like any other person.

Excellent support and service from the pharmacists at the CVS - Ryan, Charley and Steve. A change in manufactures caused me to have negative reaction with a prescription renewal. They helped me brainstorm for solutions on a Saturday and found an alternative supplier to refill by Monday. I've never had better service from a pharmacy. I highly recommend them and this pharmacy.

I walked in to the CVS at power Rd and Ray in Gilbert about 11AM today. There were no customers waiting, just one other lady and myself Requesting flu shots. We were both told we had to go online to make an appointment, and then come back. I’m over 60 And I believe the other lady was about my age. It is not easy to get around so I don’t think the clerk was rude. CVS advertising Is false. At this store they would rather stand around doing nothing then helping people

Although they can never find my hyphenated name, everyone is usually nice. They work hard to get you in and out.

I don't know what the guy's problem is that described this pharmacy as "Complete trash", but my experience has been 180° out of phase with his. I've been using a CVS stand alone pharmacy near my home for years. I have several very complicated prescriptions that must be filled every month. I was completely satisfied with my service there, until recently. My situation warranted the use of a prescription discount card for one of mine and my usual CVS wouldn't accept it. I found this Target CVS online. When I brought my prescription to them & presented the discount card, the pharmacy mngr said "no problem" without even batting an eye. He even went so far as to allow me to take the time to check 3 other pharmacy discount cards to find the one that would give the lowest price. To me, that defines exemplary customer service. I began having my scripts filled here, and the rest of the staff has always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. Hence the reason that I gave them a 5 star rating without hesitation. Oh, and the person who gave them such a horrible rating, he has given 5 reviews on Google and EVERY ONE of them has been negative. Proves that one must always do one's research before making a decision.
