The pharmacy is terrible, the speed, the accuracy or lack there of. The staff is chit chatty with lines both inside and drive through. Wait time was over 35 minutes on my second visit after they said come back in an hour and I gave them 4. If Employees are on break (unconfirmed) they do not need to be on the floor distracting other employees. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. CVS integrity and punctuality should be a requirement in the pharmaceutical world and you neither.Update: it was recommended to go around the drive thru a 2nd time I proceeded made it back to the window and now I am parked and inside the store. RX still not ready. My 2nd visit today and followed two recommendations and the visit has been beyond a hour.

Every time I come to get a prescription filled the people behind the counter stand around and visit and take forever to help you.They act like they could care less about customer service.

Dear CVS: Pharmacist Charlee doesn't belong in customer service. She seemingly hates people and her job. We shouldn't have to talk to someone so rude when trying to figure out why it has taken over two weeks to get an Rx filled. She is a poor representation of your brand.

this is the worst place to ever try and get a prescription filled. They never have enough help in the store and you always end up waiting forever for prescriptions that have been called in hours ahead of time. don't go here. find another place to get your medicine. Don't try to call they don't answer the phone and the drive thru is never open properly.

If you are looking for the largest group of degenerate pharmacists in the Phoenix area, this is your place. If you are looking for competency and employees who care about the health and well-being of others, I highly recommend you find another pharmacy.

The front counter people are great. HOWEVER, Chris, the pharmacist and one of his "friends" at the register is another story. Rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I went in for a flu shot, there was no one there but me and no one in the drive-thru line either (I saw when I drove up). Chris refused to give me a flu shot despite the front counter woman telling me that they do take walk-ins. He refused to even look at me. Do not go to this CVS. Pick another location or go to Walgreens. Why give your money to this person if he's a rude person who clearly does not like his job nor is he a people-person. This location needs a new manager for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are disorganized and unprofessional. For example, they randomly closed early and I was unable to get my sons medication, after they said it would be ready!! Ridiculous. I am transferring to a different pharmacy because all I have is headaches here. The head pharmacist/ manager needs to re evaluate what is going on at this location. Absolutely terrible.

As long as you don't need to speak with anyone in their pharmacy, they are fair. But expect at least a 20-25 minute wait until you give up, or hope someone answers. If you call the store itself, they'll make every excuse why the phone isn't being answered- always way to short staffed, too busy, not enough help, etc. If you can go into the store, you'll wait but not as long. The personnel are nice in the pharmacy, but I'm not sure en there is always a ridiculous issue with getting a call through. This is not even the busy season with snowbirds! They're all like that here. Is this a corporate issue or what?

Pharmacy hours are wrong on Apple Maps but they are correct on CVS pharmacy app. They close at 7 PM on weekdays.

I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and I had been happy with the fact that my RX was not made in China but the US, But getting a refill, has been a nightmare - been on the phone for well over an an hour, then tried to open an acct so I could just order refills online (they could not find my account ,so got sent to another place that kept me on the phone for another half hour and my phone went dead. Should not be this hard to try to open an account so I can order my prescriptions!!! Ordering online is just impossible. Very disappointed! CVS mail order is a piece of cake, local store not so much.

Wowwwwww. 35 minutes ON HOLD before even taking to a person. And I never did get to talk to someone just automatic hold from the automated system!!!! I know customer service has sharply declined over the past several years but holy crap, not even being able to get someone on the phone to ask a question is insane. I hate pharmacies and CVS is no exception .

They were very hostile, rude, obviously not willing to help when it was time to check out our items. Sending us to self check out. The workers moved to a corner in the opposite direction while we were checking out our items. As 2 women of color we felt like we were being discriminated just from the color of our skin. This happened 11/22/21.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. After waiting in line to pick up a prescription, they didn't run my insurance, so they sent me to the drop off counter: I waited in that line then after inputting my insurance I was then asked to return to the pick up line that was now 15 people deep. I ended up walking out. If I have already waited in both lines WHY would you just not service me and send me on my way. It is your fault for not running my insurance (it has been provided)! If you can go to a different pharmacy you might want to. The drive thru is always 8+ cars long.. Feel free to go here if you have all day to wait.
