Just tried to pick up a prescription that I have to have and yet again they said my doctor didn't send it in. The problem is my doctor called me earlier and told me he sent it in.Then the pharmacy told my wife they couldn't contact insurance and I would have to pay cash.Never will I go back to CVS

Everyone at this location inside Target are absolutely the best! Dealing with prescriptions and insurance can be unpredictable and stressful. They always have a solution or great suggestions, and always finding the best discounts.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they called me at 6:45 that my prescription was ready but right after he tells me “I close at 7” and he couldn’t wait for me. Now I’m here the next day right at 9 when they open and they don’t have it ready. These people really need to figure it out especially for people like myself that have a child at home with an ear infection crying about the pain. Very very poor service I would much rather drive out of my way to another location.

Sure would have been helpful if the pharmacy was open at 7 pm or at minimum when they closed. CVS continues to leave me in the lurch. THANKS BEYOND WORDS

I scheduled a flu shot appointment online and when I arrived I had been told it was canceled due to short staffing: I later looked at my emails to see they canceled 7 minutes prior to my appointment which of course I was already there?! Due to getting the run around at a few places the day before I had a FULL BLOWN panic attack at the window and the pharmacist told me to sit down so he could help the next patient, no concern whatsoever! A passing shopper had to help me breath out of my panic attack. Who cancels an appointment within 10 minutes of the appointment, especially when it was scheduled hours in advance?! I left work early to be there and they accepted no responsibility, expressed no apologies, and showed zero compassion during my panic attack. Honestly do not send your sick loved ones here! THEY DO NOT CARE

My husband and I stopped at CVS in Target around 6pm on a Tuesday evening to get our flu shots. We were told we needed to make an appointment and that we had to go online to do so using the CVS website. There were no signs stating that an appointment is needed at the front desk/check in area, but there was a sign stating that CVS offers walk in appointments for vaccines. Hmmmm. The gentleman working stated that they have been too busy with "booster shots" to allow walk-ins. Note the sign that said walk-ins are welcome. Also note that while we were there, the pharmacy was a ghost town.-We were the only two people asking for services. We went home and logged on to the website, and I set up an appointment for myself the following day (Wednesday.) My husband had to wait until Thursday as he needed an evening appointment and there were none available on Wednesday. Even though I had an "appointment", I still waited for 15 minutes. While I was waiting, another woman walked up and asked if she could get a flu shot. She didn't have an appointment...And she was told it would just be a short wait. Seriously? Why was I sent home the day before? The woman who checked me in.....NOT friendly. The pharmacist.....Well, have you seen Pulp Fiction where they stab Mia Wallace in the chest with an adrenaline shot? Pretty sure that's what the pharmacist did to my arm. IT HURT. Bad. And I don't normally ever complain about vaccines/shots. I only went to this CVS because in the past I have always received a $5 coupon to shop at Target. I didn't receive one this time. And with this experience, I won't be back. As for my husband's Thursday appointment the following day: He received a reminder e-mail and text asking him to check in. When he arrived, the gate to the pharmacy was down and there was a sign stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, they were closed. Ridiculous. Not only that, but then on Friday when I logged into our health insurance portal (for a different reason), I noticed that CVS had sent a claim to our insurance company stating my husband had gotten his flu shot. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I prefer this CVS pharmacy staff over all the ones I have been to. The pharmacist Jay is always nice and helpful. Explains medications in depth so that I am concerned or worried. I also want to thank the pharmacy tech Pablo for going above and beyond for helping me get my sons medication filled and updating me. Great customer service!

Had a small surgery and had to get it antibiotic filled. We got there at like 10 minutes before they close and they were more than happy to get that prescription filled for me.
