Shanice was fantastic, super nice and patient. She helped us figure out how to use coupons and stuck with us for more than 5 minutes and even helped others in line by calling for another cashier. Very responsible

This place told me I could not fill my prescription because of my insurance and then I found out that they were not right and it would cover it!! Took forever to get it transferred to a different pharmacy!!! Worst part was it said my prescription was ready on their website and when I drove all the way to the pharmacy that’s when they said they would not fill it!!! Pls be honest with your customers!! At least call the insurance company and find out!! 2 days later I’m still waiting for my medication!!!

If you are looking for delays and problems getting your prescriptions this is the place for you.I had my dr. apt on Friday. My dr. sent my prescriptions over during my appointment. I went by cvs later in the day and was told they haven't recieved them. My dr. sent them over twice more. Saturday morning after packing up the car and getting ready to head out for a family vacation I went by again and still nothing. My dr. tried twice more on Saturday, 4 times on Monday and 2 times on Tuesday. Finally on the 3rd try on Tuesday they finally got them. Excited to catch up with my family and enjoy the rest of the week with them I went by to pick up my order. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when I was told they wouldn't be ready until 4-5pm. I went from a week away with family to now having just 2.5 days. At least I'll get to drive home with them. If you can wait several days for your meds this place is great but if you need them now you should go somewhere else.

I go to urgent care on the corner in the morning the doctor calls in the 3 scripts I don't get the cough medicine cause the said they were out of it and to comeback the next day to get it... I have another doctors appointment at noon more scripts are called in I ho to the pharmacy at 6:00pm 6-7 hrs later and my scripts aren't even filled.. by this time iam alittle upset because the pharmacist told me to comeback the next day to begin with.... after I say no u had time to fill my scripts the guy behind the counter says mam were 4 days behind.. go talk to the store manager... I wind up going up the store manager says I don't know why there so far behind the drive thru is closed.... that is so unprofessional to tell someone were 4 days behind so I can't fill your meds... they need to fire that pharmacist because he represents cvs I take my business elsewhere heard its been like this for 2 yrs now every cvs.. I rather go to walgreens where they have proper customer service..

Worst pharmacy! Don't expect to get your prescription when it's supposed to be ready. They never seem to have it together between having names incorrect and not having medications ready when they are supposed to!

Don't go here for vaccines. Had to wait 30 minutes after I checked in from a pre scheduled vaccine because they didn't do it right when I checked in and forgot about me. So thanks that's 30 minutes of my life I'm never getting back! If you can go to any other pharmacy in the area for it DO IT.

I picked up a prescription at the drive through this afternoon and I did not get my credit card back. My credit card was more important than the RX. This CVS DOES NOT have a secure way to transport a credit card to drive through!!! It all just lays loose in that area where there should be a tube to securely hold everything. The next best thing they could have done is to have secured it in the bag where the RX was secured. I went back to check on my card, was told he put it in with the other papers, only I don't have my card!!!!! Now I can go through getting a new number, We all know what a pain that is. If I had gone in and exposed all their customers to my terrible cough, I would still have my credit card, but out of respect for others, I chose not to do that.

I spoke with Brian Bent and I had spoke with someone the previous day about my sons medication. They said they would have a shipment tomorrow. He told me I was lying about what I've heard from that pharmacist Because they would have to go through him. I told him again I was not lying that I was told that and he told me " sorry we have to agree to disagree." Basically just calling me a liar again.. Then I've asked to speak to his manager and he said "they're not there on the weekends" Then right after that He said " No one is above him in the store" So then I said you just told me you had a manager above you and then you told me that no one was above you so you're lying to me again. Then I told him He shouldn't be treating his customers this way and isn't the customer always right.. Then he said " No the customer is not always right ". I have always got great service as I am always at this pharmacy but today was just a way different experience. I wouldn't suggest anybody go to that pharmacy now I'm switching myself.

For over a year they've been short staffed. They lost an entire pharmacy department at once. Next day all the familiar faces were gone and now they have new with fewer people. Over a year ago I asked what happened they said they couldn't find pharmacists or assistants. Many people standing in line said it was an ongoing problem and they were going to switch pharmacies. Still today they are short staffed and it takes forever to get meds. I think management along with CVS is the problem!

Stopped in for few quick over-priced items usually justified by convenience. Today I encountered a lazy manager who was standing around the front cash registers . When I walked up I was told to use the self check-out or wait for someone else to come up and help me . I geuss walmart and Amazon will take 1st place when I need my normal day to day stuff and its cheaper too so no big deal . Thanks CVS for showing your true colors, now I know why ur parking lots are empty when I drive by . ?

Delmar provided excellent customer service. Don't believe every bad review you read. These people are pleasant and working very hard at this location. I go here weekly.
