They're amazing! The techs and the pharmacist on duty when I was there, Daniel was very kind. Pharmacy staff are polite and competent. 10/10 would recommend

I came to this CVS because my mother needed an OTC diuretic that they unfortunately did not carry at the Walgreens across the street. It was almost 2am at the time of check out at the register. Kristina rang me up and was very short with me and lacked customer service skills to say the very least. After paying I asked if I could use the restroom and after giving me the once over said "It's closed." I get it, it's 2am and nobody wants to be awake at that time or working for that matter but the least she could do is the job that she's paid for. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and traveled 25 minutes to get to this pharmacy. It's unbelievable that public amentities are not available to paying customers regardless of what time it is especially with it being a store that is open 24hrs. I will never be visiting this location again.

Terrible, unprofessional, pharmacy. Filled a prescription for me that I am allergic to, that was indicated in their system NOT to fill, then didn’t care to help fix the issue. The prescription gives me awful side effects. I have never experienced anything like this before. No one bothered to call me back when I wanted to speak to a manager to help with the issue. It’s not a minor issue or an easy resolve for me to have to get the correct medication filled elsewhere, because they filled the prescription.Bottom line, DO NOT have your prescriptions filled here. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Awful people, no sense of urgency. You’d think they’re on drugs themselves. Did this store

If you’re curious and want to know why they get 1 star, try and fill a prescription or reach someone on the phone here and you’ll see

If i could give a ZERO stars I would .... After being told on the phone today by the pharmacist that he " does not have the time to call and speak with another dr " about changing my medication from liquid to tablet formula for my bronchitis - i am really concerned about the actual quality of "care" they are providing for clients. I am glad that my medications allow his paycheck to still be paid however I wish that was not the case for this location. Worst reviews i've seen in a business and I clearly understand why. Had my med removed from here and will HAPPILY go across the street and pay more at Walgreens for better service and a kind staff that helps you. Sucks when your insurance is CVS only ... exactly what they stand for " Customer VALUE Store" ... the dollar store of all pharmacies and you sure feel like it when your spoken to by their establishment.

Not a walk in clinic unless you want a vaccine. This review is regarding the nurse and not NP. The nurse that was working today around 10am was able to help two elderly people walk in and get an appt. I waited my turn and she said to check in after I said I was a walk in. When she came out again, I stated that the next appt was 640pm and I'd rather be a walk in. After that long wait, she then explained that they do not allow walk ins. Even though it is clearly stated online, inside the clinic, and she just helped two people in front of my get a walk in appt. The nurse was rude, disrespectful and obviously does not care about the patients around her. I went to the clinic in Mesa off brown and was able to make a walk in appt without wait. The staff there was very knowledgeable, nice and respectful. I will never have my loved one go to this minute after the way the nurse was to me. Just horrible.

The pharmacists at this location are extremely rude, lazy, and will throw the technicians under the bus in a heartbeat. The staff argues with patients, and they make the rules as they go. When you try to use the app to order your refills, it gives you the date you can refill. But the pharmacists will just change the date on it and make you wait for however long they decide. They are always out of medications, but they wont tell you that. CVS needs to go in and just fire the entire pharmacy and get a crew in that will actually have some compassion and understanding for their patients. These people don't care if you don't have your insulin, mental health meds, blood pressure meds. They don't understand that people who have serious mental health issues can't just skip doses of their meds. They will talk down to you and make you feel like it's your fault they're inept at their jobs. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone, but when you go in to pick up, the story changes and they'll blame whomever isn't there at the time. I get that they have hard jobs and get paid pennies, but there are other types of pharmacy work besides retail. They need to stop taking their anger and frustration out on the people who rely on them for their meds and remember that without the patients, they wouldn't be there either. It's absolutely disgusting the way they treat people and then breach HIPAA when they are telling each other about patients and laughing about it.

The lines at the pharmacy are always long. They used to offer free delivery but now you have to pay. The drive through is no better and in fact usually slower than going inside. They don't man more than one person at pickup. It's been such a chore to get prescriptions.

Oh my, I really am shocked by the experience I just had in this CVS. I always go to CVS for my prescriptions and other basic drug store needs, but I will not be returning to this particular CVS. I went in at 6:30 am to get some cold medicine for my son, he has a medication allergy, so I have to make sure that there is not a specific medicine in his cold medicine. I had to use the restroom in the worst way, and I asked the employee at the front if I could use the restroom, he looked me up and down and said the restroom does not open until 7, sorry you have to wait. I said sir please I have to go so bad, he said sorry I can’t, but he was so rude in the way he said it, looking me up and down like I was some thug. Mind you, it is 6:30 am and I have been up with a sick kid all night, I did not have my makeup on and my hair was crazy, I was in jeans and a t-shirt, so I admit that I don’t look glamorous, but I am a mom, a nurse, a wife and a frequent customer, but was treated like a bag of trash. I said sir what is your name because you should not treat your patrons this way and I am going to let corporate know, he said I am Mike the store manager, I said so if you are a manager then you have the decision and you choose not to let me use the ladies room. He said that’s right. I went to leave but I needed the medicine, so I went back in, and of course they didn’t have it, went to leave again, only to hear Mike talking about me to the pharmacy employee that he was ringing up, I said sir, now you are talking about me, I said I am really going to complain to corporate now. I walked out and he followed me and said he took my license plate number down. Of course I went and asked him why? I said because I am going to complain you take my license plate number down? He said yes because you are stealing!! WHAT!!! I couldn’t believe it! I emptied my purse on the counter, pulled my pockets out of my pants and said where?? What and where did I steal? You don’t have the product I need so I am leaving. I am a nurse, I don’t need to steal anything, ever! He said we have you on cameras stealing! I said please show me, because this is beyond wrong! He said it’s fine lost prevention will notify the police. I said call them now, so we can sort this out, because I don’t want to come back into this store at a later time and have some trouble that I do not deserve. He would not call or even look in my purse because he knew that I did not take anything. He told the woman from the pharmacy, she can complain, I have been in trouble for worse than not letting someone who is stealing go to the restroom. I walked out and went across the street to Walgreens, they happily let me use the restroom, where I cried because I was so upset at the situation, got the medicine my kid needed and came home. Could I have just left when Mike was rude, yes, he got the best of me as I am pregnant, hence me having to pee really badly, so thanks for being a not nice person this morning Mike, I really needed it.

Trash. The pharmacy staff are so inept at their job, they can barely operate the phone. Their heads are so empty you can hear the wind whistling between their ears over the phone.....yet we trust them to fill our medications ?I'll find a different location that might have competent staff ???

Being rude and disrespectful to customers at the pharmacy must be the mission statement at this location. Always blaming the doctors office to all their mistakes. I have taken my business to another pharmacy and I recommend you do the same. I'm sure I'll get a scripted response from corporate which won't solve anything.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I just moved here, my first prescription being filled here. The lady working the front counter is by far the rudest person I've encountered. Will not be coming back

CVS should just close this location because pretty sure I have a case closed automatically won Lawsuit against yall.Made the mistake of sending my prescription here, I have shingles and don’t drive. I ordered delivery from the pharmacy at $7.99 to be here latest 6pm. Once it was past, called customer service as it instruction, issue is customer service closes at 3pm AZ Time. Fine so next option is to call the location directly. Called the store, pharmacy put me on hold, no biggie, then when trying to help me the pharmacist didn’t even listen to me. I had an online order, he said he didn’t know anything about it and needed to transfer me. 20 minutes later, he answers again and says, “oh you’re still here. Yah I don’t know, not my problem, you need to call tomorrow, this is all messed up, I don’t even really work here”.Red flags now all up. Like is a rando answering the phone and taking my personal information? Where is my prescription? What is happening? He hung up.Called the front for the store manager. Sweet lady, has her hands tied obviously due to pharmacy verse store, but at least she was willing to check. Then after she check, she said I can’t open it. I said I didn’t ask you to open it, I don’t even know what it is. Then was told I have to call tomorrow.I have shingles. I’m not in the mood for this even when healthy. But now my options are to let my condition worsen as it spreads to my eye and can result in permanent blindness, and if it does I will be getting a lawyer. Or my other option is to go in person and be a community health threat and get others with compromised immune systems potentially exposed to chickenpox….I don’t believe in curses but I do believe in Karma and shes not always nice. Enjoy your karma cvs
