Yikes! It burns, Mom. It burns!REVIEW SUMMARY: "Dynamic Pricing" results in jacked up prices for Apache Junction citizens. CVS jacks up your prices 6.5% above what they charge in swanky Chandler! Believe it, it's real!It's an understatement to say that this location is sour. It's downright toxic. Not only that... I see how they jack up the prices in AJ for the mostly middle and low-income residents, engaging in price gouging, which should be illegal.I bought a $20 bottle of generic iodine in Chandler @ CVAS and, a couple of days later, when I went to open it, the safety seal was already broken. So, I drove to the CVS in AJ and asked to simply exchange with a good/sealed one. (Hey for a $20 bottle of iodine, I want it sealed!). . Oh no.... they can't/won't do that. I had to "return" the bottle and buy another one from them. Then they broke it to me that the bottle in AJ was $1.40 (i.e. 6% higher) than in Chandler and I would owe money on the sealed bottle I simply wanted to get in exchange. I was a bit incensed. I asked them to price match with Chandler and they wouldn't. Tracy, the absolute dick manager, caustically told me to drive to Chandler if I wanted the (lower) Chandler price. Really? That's the best a CVS store manager can do?Despite her dick behavior, the real shock was that CVS is engaging in price gouging to lower income folks. You hear about in the news, but it is REAL. Chandler residents simply pay less at CVS then the folks of lesser means in AJ. It's disgusting and ugly.I hope Tracy finds another career as well. Customer service really isn't her forte. They should've apologized to me for having to drive several miles to exchange my health item due to CVS' crap bottling practices. Instead, I get a kick in the teeth insult. Wasting an hour of my valuable time for a sour/caustic experience.I won't be back. I only come to CVS for their price-gouging, overpriced iodine anyway and that's once every 6 or so months. I'll be avoiding this place "like the plague" in the future.

Dealing with the idiotic phone system at CVS is terrible, useless and poorly designed. It is impossible to actually talk to a person to ask questions. Obviously they don't want my business. Update. Finally got to talk to a human. He was about as useless as their phone system and obviously agitated that he had to actually talk to someone. The end result was after telling me the meds would be ready tomorrow he cancelled my order. Had I not dug deeper I would not have known that he screwed me. Called a different CVS, found out he cancelled my order. With apologies they filled my prescription today. If I could give CVS zero stars I would.

went on the weekend had flu symptoms, high fever,body aches, congestion. Took flu and covid tests and came back negative. sick as a dog. she said it can take a few days to register!!!!! long story short, said come back in a few days to test again !!!!!! 300 bucks with insurance..... thanks for nothing

0 stars. My mom went to get a flu shot and the pharmacist who attended her was super rude. Didn't even give her a bandage after the shot. Who tf does that?? If you're so miserable then why work there? Especially that job? Normally I'm not a Karen over stuff like this but this pushed me over the edge.

This place is absolutely poorly managed and there is no improvement. I refilled my prescription using my app and was notified via email the the prescription was ready. I went to pick it up the following day and was advised that it was still being worked on. Maybe I change in management is overdue.

The pharmacy is terrible, the speed, the accuracy or lack there of. The staff is chit chatty with lines both inside and drive through. Wait time was over 35 minutes on my second visit after they said come back in an hour and I gave them 4. If Employees are on break (unconfirmed) they do not need to be on the floor distracting other employees. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. CVS integrity and punctuality should be a requirement in the pharmaceutical world and you neither.Update: it was recommended to go around the drive thru a 2nd time I proceeded made it back to the window and now I am parked and inside the store. RX still not ready. My 2nd visit today and followed two recommendations and the visit has been beyond a hour.

Every time I come to get a prescription filled the people behind the counter stand around and visit and take forever to help you.They act like they could care less about customer service.

Crew has been a lot better over the last year or so. Open longer hours, drive thru regularly open. Answer the phone pretty quick. Scripts always done. Only prob is meds seem to be on back order a lot but not their fault hope they can keep it up ??

Dear CVS: Pharmacist Charlee doesn't belong in customer service. She seemingly hates people and her job. We shouldn't have to talk to someone so rude when trying to figure out why it has taken over two weeks to get an Rx filled. She is a poor representation of your brand.

I visited the store relatively late, (this not being my regular frequented location), but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the customer service/support throughout the store that I reviewed from the pharmacy, (looking for Ensure for my wounded son A student at DRHS), the store rep (Ty), during checkout, and to top it off… I had a great interaction with the store manager. I will definitely, stop here more often! This store location gets a definite 10+, in my book!!!Thanks again, for all of your support during my visit!!!

This place is okay I've been using them for years to get my prescriptions but they never answer the phone in the pharmacy you're on hold forever and to be honest I get a lot better service up the road at Fry's

Literally the most unhelpful pharmacy I have ever used, anytime I have a question, they just say, I dont know...I am definitely finding a new one! Always out of meds as well with no known date of getting them...
