Not one to usually leave bad reviews but hopefully this serves as an eye opener for the employees there. Went in yesterday to pick up some stocking stuffers for my dad granted I’ve been to cycle gear many times because I’m the one who got my dad into motorcycles. Apparently any girl who walks in not fully in gear, they assume has no business being there lol because I could feel the eyes following me around the store before I got closer to the register. A guy asked if I needed help with anything. I explained why I was there and they were helpful in suggesting things to buy. When I got to the register I was immediately asked for my Dad’s number, not mine, and then the guy was like “Oh he has been here before.”… that’s when I had to explain that yeah we’ve both been there many times because we both ride bikes. I could’ve told him I rode an s1k and I don’t think it would have made a difference because he immediately tuned out anything I said after I said that I have my own bike. Even after saying that I ride too, a woman employee asked me if I was sure about the products I was buying as if I didn’t realize what I was getting. Honestly, super lame of those two considering I’ve always had great experiences there and was pretty demeaning as well. Next time I’ll make sure to slap a “I have my own motorcycle that I paid for and work on myself” sticker on my head before going in because my GOD that was so cringe and uncomfortable.

Always have a great person helping out. I don’t ride but my boys do, so I never feel upsold. They carry everything so even if it’s a last minute thing 3 days before Christmas, I’ve been lucky the have it in stock

Came in here looking for some Cardos for my father and his wife. Didn’t catch her name, but the taller woman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with! She helped me get what I was looking for and even installed it for us! Will be returning when I purchase my own bike.

Came into the store and was offered help right away. He took time to fit my son for a helmet, gloves and goggles. He was very friendly, helping and kind. Great experience wnd lots to choose from. The associate made my sons day! Thank you Cycle Gear!
