My granddaughter took me to Deseret Industries thrift store in Mesa this last late October and found several items to purchase for me for her cousin’s wedding. I had gained so much weight that I didn’t know my size any longer. We found *numerous nice (new looking) clothes that fit me perfectly! I am 80 years old and to find so many Plus sized outfits was amazing and both youthful and age related at the same time! Myself and a friend who is also Plus sized are going again this coming Monday so I’m thrilled needless to say!

I have been going to Deseret Industries since the early 80s and I have seen an incredible amount of growth . The store is much more organized and well maintained. The prices are amazing. They have really improved with what the put out for sale and the clothing is good quality , there aren't a bunch of stains and holes and things like that, they are quality clothes. I have gotten some pretty nice things from there. I have gotten some nice kitchen appliances and furniture as well as some nice house decor. It's an amazing store and it's just nice to see how much growth has taken place there.
