So they quoted me a price, telling me this was the out-the-door price. Then they did a bait-and-switch, saying the warranty certificates would cost another $100 when I arrived to drop off the car at 10:00. They said it should be done by 11:45. At 11:45, I called; they said another 45 minutes. I did not hear from them all day. I got busy; I looked at the clock. It is 6:10 now, and I have not received a call. Thanks, Discount Tires.

These guys tried to take me to me for everything they could. Sad to see. I went in there today looking to get my tire plugged. I had ran over a nail and was losing PSI pretty quick. I had a guy come out and make it seem like I was lucky I even made it to the parking lot because all 4 tires were in terrible condition. I drove my car off the lot 6 months ago. It’s a 2024. He said “yea you can’t see it but back here (reached to the back side of the tire out of sight) it’s completely bald” he continued to tell me what I really needed was 4 new tires totaling $1327 dollars. What a joke. I told him I was going to shop around before spending that kind of money and you should have seen him scramble to keep me there. He tried saying he could find me a smaller size that would be a better fit, and they will price match. So shady. Complete waste of my time. I went to gunnels off Main Street and they plugged it for free! Wouldn’t even let me pay for it. No upsell. No used car sales tricks. Just pure integrity. Please go to gunnels and save yourself.

This was my regular tire shop, but last time I was in they broke a tire cap and said they would order a new one and call when it comes in. Over 4 months with no calls back, after I have visited the store and called a few times. It may be a small piece and not that expensive but when you break something and promise to replace it, then ignore the customers attempt to get a hold if you, that says something. Not that the employees care clearly, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Everyone is very polite here and helpful. I truly enjoy coming here versus the other Tire Shops...
From the time you arrive to the time you leave, they treat you you the way you'd want to be treated. They have complimentary water in a refrigerator as well for your wait.
Couldn't ask for a better experience... I'll be back...

I had the bad luck of getting a nail in both rear tires. Without taking the tire off, the attendant took a glance decided I’d need at least one maybe two new tires and immediately tried to sell me on the new tires.
I explained I had a spare in my trunk to which he proclaimed it would be cheaper to just get a new one than have them swap it out. NICE.
I took my car to Gunnell’s instead - they took all of 15 minutes and had me out the door with two free patches (on tires they didn’t even install) and at least $150 saved. Do yourself a favor and save some money by avoiding these amateurs

Discount tire is the best tire shop from AZ to IN to Florida. The customer service is exceptional. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and will continue until I no longer can drive. Thankyou for always being reliable for all my tire needs.
