Went there to patch my tire because it was getting low often, my car has been going almost 30k miles on new tires and the sales man told me "new car tires only go from 25k to 30k, we don't service nitrogen tires, let's go inside get you new tires we have sales going right now", please hire better employees

Brought in a car with 1400 miles on it. They claimed that my brand new car was sold with new tires as the tread was only 6/32. This set me into a panic and I accused bmw of pulling a fast one.Later, I bought my own tire tread gauge, to find that all 4 tires are still at 8/32. I then brought it in for a second opinion to another shop who confirmed my tires were new, and did not need to be replaced already as discount claimed.I can understand making an error with one tire, but all 4 tires seems excessive.I am now wondering if my wife's car, which was brought in a week earlier, we were told the same thing about all 4 of her tires. Based on this experience, we may have been scammed.Buyers beware, buy your own tire gauge before going here just to be safe. I've always had a good experience here in the past, but never checked to see if they were lying. It's hard to believe that even after I told them my car was brand new and it's impossible that all of my tires need to be replaced already, they were insistent that all 4 tires need to be replaced already. It's hard to believe this was a mistake.

The manager was very kind. After I explained the issue, they genuinely tried to help me find a solution. Importantly, they didn't pressure me to make a purchase or attempt to sell me tires. Instead, they suggested I explore other channels to buy tires and assured me they could assist with the free installation. I'm truly grateful. This deserves a positive review.

I was SO EXCITED when I got up today cuz I knew I had to go to this discount and got to see and work with my FAVORITE customer service rep IN THE WORLD, RYLEE! Who wakes up EXCITED to go to the tire shop?! But when you receive the customer service you get from this chick, you'll see why! *I'm a lesbian, so I'm allowed to call her a "chick" ?, (what I will apologize for though, is if I'm using incorrect pronouns).Rylee took care of me at the literal, hardest time in my life and made it remotely bearable. With what I was going through, having something like two tires going bad at the same time, when I had to drive up north for my father-in-laws funeral and having practically ZERO FUNDS, it was just more than I could handle. Especially after losing three dogs and every single thing I owned earlier in the year to a house fire and having not received an insurance check yet. Rylee was so compassionate and made everything go smoothly and frankly, EVEN POSSIBLE!Not only am I taking the survey sent to my email, I'm writing a hand written letter to corporate about her.Thank you Rylee. Got here and turned my car in at 9:45 AM and they gave me a 11-1115 window of when my car would be ready. 11:30 and the person still said there's 5 people ahead of me. How is that even possible? Another hour they mentioned. Will be trying Costco in the future for all tire needs

We ran into a few difficulties and they hung in there and did what it took to make me happy without complaining. Totally happy with my purchase and will continue to do business in the future. They stand behind their work, what more could you ask for..?

I have a corporate account with a fleet of vehicles I use to take here. Every time we go to get a screw or nail removed, they try to sell us new tires. Then they refuse to fix it. Another shop patches it and we get another 2 years out of the tires they claim need to be replaced. Check out TMT tires a mile north on power. Better prices and service.

Yesterday we have a leak in our tire. They need to order in a new replacement tire from another location. I spoke with Ben and told him we would not be done with work until after they closed. He clarified we had an extra set of keys. We did. He stated it would be done by 4:30 pm and it would be sitting outside if we weren’t able to pick it up by the time they closed. We finish work and head over there. We find it locked inside of the building. We only have 1 vehicle so we have to call someone to pick us up and bring us home. Later, we see a voicemail from a Rich stating it was closing time and wondering if we were picking up our vehicle as it was done. We were working and are unable to take calls. Effectively COMMUNICATE with each other and your customers! Everyone’s time is valuable! Technical staff are exemplary their administrative staff is substandard!

I’ve been to a lot of discount tires and have always had exceptional service. Today stood out though. I spoke with Rylee who was exceptionally helpful. Blew out a tire at work and I was back on the road in under 45 minutes from my car getting towed there. I can’t say enough good things about this location and staff.

Wow. What an experience! My wife had a tire blow on her Mini Cooper and of course no spare. We had the vehicle towed to Discount Tire. I called ahead to make sure they knew it was coming and arrange for new tires. They did not have the original size but recommended some additional options and they were in stock and cheaper. They kept me updated on status and completed the car just after we arrived. I cannot recommend them enough.

Hi everyone I highly recommend the service of this young guy named Hector While I was waiting in line I was paying attention how they work and I noticed he was running trying to give the best service on air checking. When he was ready to check my tires, he welcomed me to his area of work. My English is not perfect, but what a surprised. He was bilingual. I felt more comfortable. He treated me really well even though the air checking is free. I highly recommend giving a tip. Even a dollar can motivate him. I personally supported to see more young people working hard and not doing bad things on the streets Thank you hector

Connor is amazing! After waiting in a long line which put me over my appointment time by 15 minutes he was super upbeat and professional and got everything moving quickly. My only suggestion would be to create a separate appointment line during peak hours. At the very least this would make those coming in with an appointment feel like they are not stuck behind walk ins and lower the overall stress level of the room especially on Saturdays.There were several people that were vocal about having an appointment and wanting to be serviced even though they were at the back of the line.

Went to this location this morning and got treated like the girl who's too dumb to know anything about cars. I've been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for about 20 years, but I'll be sticking with the location near my house only from now on because I receive only polite and professional treatment there. This location's employee tried to tell me that a repeated low pressure issue affecting only my back tires was due to seasonal temperature change. I left, and went to the other location where they agreed to check my rear tires for leaks.

I had a flat tire Monday and I had to order my special order tires that morning and they said they’d be ready between 12-4pm. They called me after 6 telling me the tires were ready but I couldn’t go in because it was so late, and they told me to come first thing the next morning. I came in Tuesday morning and the first one there. My car took 35 minutes longer than they said they would and many people who came after me left long before my car was ready. I was late to work and my first appointment had to cancel because their failure to communicate the delays. Also given how much my tires cost, it is extremely stressful and frustrating. I work commission so being late to work and having appointments cancel is extremely damaging.

I had an experience today at your location that compelled me to share my concerns and disappointment regarding the service I received.My daughter noticed her low tire warning light this morning, prompting me to take the vehicle to your shop for what I assumed would be a routine repair. The initial greeting was courteous, but the overall experience left me deeply unsatisfied.After a prolonged wait, I was informed that the tire was beyond repair. To my surprise, the technician reinstalled the damaged tire, reassuring me that it would be "fine for a little while." This statement raised serious safety concerns, as I was essentially given the green light to drive away with a compromised tire.At this point, I asked if they sold tires and if I could order one from them. It turns out they did, and they had the tire in their warehouse. They placed an order and promised to call me when it arrived the next day. I left feeling mind blown by the entire experience.Regrettably, the story doesn't end here. I decided to check with Costco and Big O Tires for alternative solutions. Costco didn't have the specific tire I needed but suggested I try Discount. Big O Tires, on the other hand, offered to take a look at the tire and repair it if possible. Upon inspection, they showed me a small puncture where the nail had been, a very typical issue that could easily be repaired. Their technician promptly fixed the tire and had me back on the road in no time.To make matters more unsettling, the Discount Tire employee called me to let me know the tire I had ordered from them had arrived today and invited me back for installation. It's disheartening to think about how many people might be persuaded to purchase new tires instead of exploring repair options. It raises serious concerns about integrity and quality customer service.In conclusion, my experience at Discount Tire left me frustrated and disappointed. I felt like I was almost pushed into buying a new tire unnecessarily. The contrast with the service I received at Big O Tires was stark, highlighting the importance of integrity and honesty in customer service. I hope Discount Tire reevaluates its policies and practices to ensure that customers receive the service and advice they truly deserve.
