Greg at this location really needs to work on his customer skills. He was rude and was rushing us . Some people don’t know about tires and that’s why the come to your store so please be patient with people and not so mean .

Bought all new tires a year ago. I paid an extra $15.00 a tire in one went bad. The two back tires went bad. Discount didn't have the same tires in stock. Cost me almost $200.00 for two new back tires. This place is a rip-off!

I will never return to this store and maybe never another Discount tire ever again. They damaged my brake hard line. I'm lucky my brakes didn't fail while driving on the freeway. This place has damaged my vehicle twice now. Last time I had to get a wheel hub replaced.

NEVER go to this store! they let me drive away with four mismatched lug nuts on my back passenger tire which was completely unsafe after being inspected at my auto dealer later. They cannot believe they let me drive off the lot that way, saying how the stress from the other lug nuts that were not properly sized would eventually have loosened the tire while driving. Then they try to feel you some story about how you have to go to another brake store for them to saw off the lug nuts they put on in the first place. Terrible service!!!!

I visited this location to get some nails removed from my tires. After an hour and a half I was informed that one of the employees tore the bead of my tire making it unusable. They didn't have a tire in stock to replace the one they damaged, so I was required to come back the next day for them to fix their mistake. I was told to arrive at 10:30 that morning for a quick correction to their mistake. I arrived on time, but my vehicle wasn't addressed for another 45+ minutes. In summary, they made a mistake that cost me time and money.
After a few more mistakes, and several hours, the management made things right. This team might have had a terrible day, but they made the effort to make things right.

Alyssa at this location was very condescending and rude. Our truck is maintained exclusively by the dealer. My wife had this location check her air pressure. When she returned home the sensors were reading backwards. I came in and asked if they could fix it and Alyssa (behind the counter) said we haven't seen this truck. My wife had the conformation email from that exact locatiom. The whole time Alyssa was smug and rude, it took her three minutes to correct the issue. The whole time she had an attitude of I shouldn't have to help and insisted I thank her when she finished. I used to be a loyal discount customer, I might be reconsidering after this encounter.

This is the worst store I haver had the misfortune to deal with.
I called to make an appointment to get my tires rotated. I spoke with Cyrus, he said to bring it in now, that they weren't busy.
I got there at 10:00. Every bay was occupied and seven people waiting.
I sat there for almost an hour until 10:55 I then approached a female attendant who said that the reason it was taking so long is because I was a"walk in" and didn't have an appointment.
I told her to give me my keys, that I was leaving.
Over the course of the time I was there I was told three times that they were just about to pull in into the bay.
I left and made an appointment at another store. I am a long time customer of Discount Tire, however I would strongly recommend using one of the many other stores in the area,
and don't waste your time with this one.

Beware of Marco!!! Quoted me a price for a set of tires and then when I get there to get my tires replaced it’s way more than he quoted!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Took two and a half hours for simple tire rotation and flat repair today and I need to get back to work. This has happened multiple times at this store where I’ve waited over two hours and they left the device to reset the tpms sensor in my vehicle. I used to work for discount tire and never have made anyone wait that long. I have the times logged from this most recent experience today. The manager there was good about apologizing for the inconvenience but doesn’t make it right that I’m missing out on work at my job. I’ve always used discount tire and I’ll be needing new tires for my personal truck but they would have to do a lot of convincing for me to use them for tires in the future. Absolutely ridiculous

at 9:30 am was told my vehicle would be completed no later than 11:30. then their message service said 11:50, and they didn’t actually get my vehicle moved into the bay until 12:30 to begin working. normally i don’t mind, but having a baby with me wasn’t exactly idea. somehow people (walk-in’s) who came in well after me were completed before i was. the staff only seemed to want to care after i’d made it clear that i was upset. it took them less than 15 minutes to finish my vehicle once it was in the bay, but i really don’t love the experience as far as timeframe expectation. likely won’t be going back to this location.
