EVERYONE here has been very pleasant and accommodating. I would rather spend a little longer driving versus waiting at a state MVD. (No DL photos taken here )

If I could leave zero stars I would. The rudest, most patronizing, and condescending representative I have ever dealt with. I did not know that my son, who is 16, did not need a travel ID. I had all of the docs needed for myself as a parent to present on his behalf. Instead of just telling me right off he didnât need a travel ID because he was under 18 he tells me Iâm not asking for your proof of residence, Iâm asking for his. I said he doesnât pay bills. He is a minor and lives with me. Guy was a serious jerk and so rude. Best part I donât have to go back there. This place of business id what is wrong with the world today among other things. Kindness will get you farther in life.

Anna L is very helpful to renew my Travel ID (Real ID ) .. $40 for convenience fee is very worth to avoid a crazy waiting time at DMV

Stopped in to put a title in my name, I paid the convenience fee and was on my way, get a call later that day that the girl forgot to have me sign something and asked for me to come back (I havenât been able to yet) she calls me this morning threatening to reverse the title because she forgot to have me sign something (she canât do that) you guys can come to me and I will sign and I wonât charge you a convenience fee. Sorry you didnât do your job rightâŠ. You should never threaten a customer, I wonât be going back to this location ever, and for the girl that didnât do her job right, I loved that you tried to blame me.

Horrible service, I came in simply for a title and register a vehicle I had bought from my uncle older family member after his wife passed away. I went on a Sat morning, 04/13 it wasn't super busy I pressed the button for title/registration and within about 5-7 mins I was at window number 6... Younger looking female, I tell her what I need and she first asks where is my bill of sale, my uncle got the duplicate title and already plugged my info into the spaces on the title. I told her I didn't have one, She then proceeds to tell me, Let me see the title, looks it over for maybe 20 seconds, and she tells me "Nope we can't do it". One of the dates which all were the same date but just one spot looked like he originally wrote a 9 and then made it darker with an 8, (he's an older man so probably got days mixed up, and this was also a day or so after burying his wife, most def scatter brained) she proceeds to tell me "We send copies to MVD. And they will immediately cancel it and say that it looks "Altered"."Mind you she didn't ask for a supervisors approval or ask anyone else, simply dismissed me and told me "yeah nope we can't your going to have to go to MVD... I was livid. So you know what I did!! I took my not so happy self over to Desert Motor Vehicle Services on Guadalupe and guess what I came in 20 mins prior to closing and they HAPPILY did it for me, didn't ask for a bill or sale or even SAY ANYTHING about the title looking altered at all. So long story short DONT GO HERE! Save yourself the hassle and go a lil further down the road, where they are HAPPY to care of ALL your needs!!

So this place has redeemed itself. I have had a bad experience at the MVD directly across the street
VERY LONG LINES
AND it seems like they try not to help you
But over here at 3rd party
These guys helped me with a nice smile
It costs a little more
But the line moves faster and they are more helpful and friendly!
You'd think it would be the other way around. I like it here and will come here first from now on

Horrible service. The employees working there have no customer service skills. Youâll notice when you get called to a window that the person helping you is constantly having to go ask other workers questions about what they should already know before taking the job. As if they donât know what theyâre doing. Seems like they only hire friends and family members to work there who arenât qualified. What I was told they couldnât do I was able to get done at another third party a little further from my house right after leaving this place. Hire better staff. Iâll never go to this place again.
