This dollar tree sucks, employees don’t seem to gaf never replenished and hours don’t even match up with other dollar trees lmao poorly managed for sure, would rather spend more at another store or drive to a different dollar tree.

I like the dollar tree for their reading glasses (I keep them all over my house.) They have an affordable selection of Hallmark cards, and that’s where I always get my party decor.

Sign says it's supposed to open at 9am. I got here a few minutes before that and there were already 6 people waiting outside. It's now 9:16 and they are all still waiting. I'm leaving now.

I recently went into dollar tree and this makes me sad to rate this store for this recent experience. This store I do shop frequently. But tonight's experience is making me question empathy and customer service amongst management and employees. I was in the checkout line. An employee asked a coworker if he can assist me with my checkout. I mind you had no problem of switching lanes. Before she could get a response. Another employee who i am assuming is the manager comes up behind the employee and says in a demanding tone pointing at me "Finish her.". That caught me off guard and I could tell the employee was embarrassed I didn't make that much eye contact with her or the manager because that made me feel uncomfortable. I never had this experience here before. I am always treated with kindness and amazing customer service from everyone there. I been working as a CSR for 13 years manager and non manager positions. I would never ask an employee or a coworker anything in a demanding tone. That is how you lose good workers. I will have to visit another dollar tree in the future until I can feel comfortable going to this one. This is the only time I ever had this kind of experience otherwise all of my other visits would be full star rating. I hope this reaches to management for better training and treating coworkers/employers with empathy.

Hardly anything on the shelves, ever. The older black lady that works the register is always disrespectful. I only go here because it’s the closest location to me.

Now days with high prices everywhere this place save me $ , they don't sell everything but I the small items I do use are a lot cheaper than the regular supermarket.

The store was dirty and the shelves were mainly empty. I asked to use the restroom and this is what I came into. It was worse in person there was poop in the corner by the toilet, pee on the seat and behind, the floor was black. Absolutely disgusting.
