It has been a while since they raised prices. It still rankles. The shelves in front of the store were so bare, a lady asked me if they were going out of business! I was able to find the items I went in to buy.

Was there this morning right as you should have been opening.. tried to open the doors but they were locked and the employees didn't seem like they were opening anytime soon. They were literally standing at the checkouts doing nothing. So I took my money else where.

Worst customer service today my son had a dirty diaper and ended up getting a rash for the store manger Heather didn’t want to assist with my emergency need on opening up bathroom to change diaper,I want this manger trained with better customer service,not happy with todays service,we’re an all time customer,unhappy with the service management,

Terrible customer service
was on line with one item from frozen food area. It was during a register shift change no problem it Saturday afternoon
I'm in no rush however the dollar tree associate that was getting the register to take over wasn't to happy you could obviously see it in her face , the other associate who was leaving with her cash register touched her face and gestured for her to smile 😃 the new line associate took care of the women in front of me who had items that she wanted placed all by themselves in different bags 🎒 now if there was no smile at the beginning of the shift change! There certainly is not a smile on her face unfortunately now ...now it was my turn with only one item this should be smooth sailing ⛵️ 😏 😎
It wasn't she with a very direct and rude tone in her voice asked me if I wanted a bag and receipt ? I sad Yes 😔
She placed my item in the bag 🎒 hanging in front of her below her waist . and never even handed my bag with my one item to me ...
I had to stand there after the transaction was completed for a few seconds and ask her for my item that I had paid for that she placed in the bag in front of her in her personal space ! I was upset that I was treating with such bad customer service 😒
I called the store to complain
and speak to a store manager
There was know store manager available
however the was an assistant manager
Clarissa who basically said when I told her about my customer service interaction she basically kept telling me that I had to understand that during a shift change that the dollar tree associates sometimes are keeping there eyes on shoplifters and sometimes are distracted!!! 🤣 she also added that most of the customers that buy one item don't ask or need a bag?
another deflective answer in my opinion!

I shop here a lot, and always felt welcome as a valued customer; but tonight I was treated rudely by the manager on duty, and I was reminded of the old axiom: "You get what you pay for." However, I won't pass judgement on one incident because we all have our off days and, overall, I like all the other people at this store.

Seems to be having issues stocking shelves. The store on Main & Greenfield seems to be smaller space wise. I think it's time for Dollar Tree to expand store spaces

The employee there named Brendan is very kind. I dropped a glass bottle on the ground & it broke. I felt horrible & apologized. He said no problem & even tried to help me feel better by making a joke. So nice to find kind people these days.

The cashier or manager (I think she was a manger because she took a cashiers money box) was EXTREMELY rude. I was having difficulty with my card working as I had just gotten it that day and it was malfunctioning from being so new and i needed a few transactions for different cards. Instead of letting me just use a different card decided to yell across the store at the other singular person standing in line that "This is gonna be forever guys sorry her card is declining". I told the person that I had just gotten the card and was using a different one and the other customers were super understanding but apparently this worker decided to take it a step further and repeatedly saying the above and things like "well if you let her waste your time thats on you" and things like that. The other customers didn't seem to have a problem and reassured me that it was fine but this worker decided to let everyone in the store know that I was having an issue getting my brand new card to work. Thats extremely rude behavior and shouldn't be acceptable things to say to customers. But if you go to this one you better make sure that your cards work or you'll get screamed at by the workers.
