I recently made my first visit to this location, and Laurie was a great help at checkout, helping to box my items, making it easier for me to leave the store, recognizing my difficulty walking that day. Great job. Ty!!!

Unfortunately I must report the bad. Kat a manager there and Mary cashier would not allow a customer to use the bathroom at 5:52pm on Dec. 9th nor myself and I work there. She didn't want to work or clean the restroom. She gives in to another employee there that harassed African Americans there thinking they steal at self check out and her name is Mary. The Head managers fo absolutely Nothing. They accommodate their favorites at the store. Allow the lazy employee remain lazy. the workers such as myself who is open to new duties but we all should be doing the same things yet Nope managers let the lazy workers stay lazy. Christmas eve that Kat night time manager was being a bitter person and put my stuff back. Yet others keep stuff in the managers office. The Favoritism is unreal. The managers make excuses for people doing wrong. They lie to customers about certain items. Only sometimes will they look in the back for items half the time they lie and say it's not in the store. They had the breakroom blocked off on Monday the 23rd and I couldn't get my diabetic snack because they didn't want me to get to my food in the breakroom because they blocked by putting merchandise in the entrance of breakroom. So no diabetic snack for me. I had to buy something from the store which I didn't want. I brought my own diabetic snack for a reason and they say to keep your stuff in the back yet they don't allow you to get it. I'm done for now. There is more.

Horrible experience, lady on duty tonight at the register bad mouthed myself in front of other customers after requesting a different approach to my purchase and got smart mouth with me amidst not understanding what direction I wanted to use with using my card and cash.. And then she had the nerve to ask us all for our receipts, as if she can't even see them or hear the cues of the machines! I hope she gets fired because unless if she is let go, I will not be stepping foot here EVER AGAIN!

I was being followed by one of the older ladies that worked their tonight. And she told me I wasn’t allowed to open the candles to smell them, because they will dry out. I’m sorry but if I’m buying a candle, that is made to produce smell I’m going to smell it. And also it was a mason jar style candle, which means it seals perfectly. And I don’t think candles can dry out in the first place. Horrible customer service and treated me like I was a degenerate.

Mary sales person has very very bad attitude and extremely bad customer service support.
Also I heard other people complaining as well.
And when I asked her about her job she said I don’t care about nothing and they can not do anything to me And they need me. And said very bad words to me.

You can still get everything you want from here at a good price. The majority of the shopping I do here are for Christmas bags when it’s Christmas time and wrapping paper.
