My sister and I did some shopping at that location, Feb 12th 2025 late afternoon)I almost always find what I need and more, I wanted to give some recognition to our cashier (I think her name is Liz, I hope I’m right) she was exceptional, very sweet, made us feel very comfortable, I hope when I’m at that location that she’s my cashier, what a sweetheart, need more people like her in Customer Service😊👍

Big waste of time. The store decided to switch out the Internet service while the store was open during peak hours 5:30 right when everyone gets off work, the store was very busy. I took time picking all my items and then got up to the cashier and they were acting like it was my fault that the Internet was out and I didn’t have any cash only card? The store management really should’ve thought about this and took the time to actually plan the event instead of just let it happen randomly.

The manager was incredibly rude and impatient. My 6 year old daughter needed the restroom while we were shopping. When she was called to come help us to the restroom, she immediately rolled her eyes and sat outside the bathroom saying, " Come on, hurry up, it's been 6 minutes." Incredibly rude and unprofessional and just unneeded. She was then again cold when we thanked her for her time. Kids can't help it, but you sure can control your attitude towards customers.

Associates are ALWAYS seeming unhappy, grumpy and unwilling to show you where items are. Items are up to $10.00, ALL DOLLAR TREE outside signage needs to reflect this, thanks

I gave one star because he asked me for it, I give him none this afternoon I went to the store they were in a bad mood the women my children found things on the floor and put them on the shelf and they got upset they said that they were disorganized the store, they didn't notice He says they picked up the things, they only came to tell me to tell the children not to touch anything because they were moving it and they had to put it away. Super bad service, .99 c why they closed it was the best option I will look for another store with better service, there they treat very badly I had already had a lady get kicked out and not let in I thought she had done something but now I think it's the staff
